The place was under renovation so it would be unfair to judge. Easy check in. VERY clean room. VERY comfortable beds. I wish i stayed there longer.

The reception area is being remodeled and you still check in there it is dusty and the grab and go breakfast isn't great at all. They should just close until the remodeling is over with really.

This place reminded me of war-torn Syria, with open wiring hanging, plywood walls/flooring/desk, outdoor walkways, dirty, stained carpets/flooring/tubs, no amenities...and the front desk workers (apart from struggling to speak English) had such bad body odor that I had to stand back from the counter 6 feet or else I might vomit. I lost the 2nd night's payment and left to go somewhere else. To say "avoid" this place is an understatement. Run AWAY! Embarrassing the LaQuinta would put their name on this dump.

It would have been nice to know that construction was being done at the hotel before booking the room. The front area was awkward to get around.

We flew in to ABQ late (11:45 p.m.) and had to go get our car. We were VERY tired. I had called earlier to reconfirm. Once we arrived we noticed the hotel and office were under construction. They DID have our reservation however once we arrived in our room the beds were unmade and there was a cigarette hole in the mattress. I had to go back to the office. They gave me another room (1:00 a.m. by now) and we went. The bathroom was very small and dirty (hairs on the floor) but the bed looked good so we stayed. We were exhausted.

Unless you’re in need for an extreme budget motel, look elsewhere. Old dirty furniture, filthy carpets, door barely opened because the alignment was off so we had to throw our bodies at it to open or close it. They’re remodeling the lobby but they should have started with the rooms first. I didn’t see bugs but there were bed bug and flea vibes for sure

The bathroom smelled like urine and there were stains on the wall and some of the towels

I didn’t mind the construction in the lobby for the reasonable price and clean rooms.
