El sitio es enorme y las habitaciones muy limpias, pero la limpian cada 3 días y ni un aseo mínimo para quitar la arena, ni mirar si necesitas toallas. Llamamos para pedir toallas a las 18:30 y aparecieron a las 22:30. En la piscina los niños pueden jugar al rugby, tener colchones y saltarte encima pero tú no puedes beberte un refresco en el filo. No hay ni una sola zona sin niños, así que la opción de dos adultos solos no es buena para este hotel. Las camas muy cómodas pero muy pequeñas. El buffet no cambia nada en los desayunos, las bebidas son realmente malas. El sitio en general es precioso y está en buena zona. Decían que había muchos mosquitos pero con un repelente no hay problema.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży i restauracji. Widok z balkonu na jezioro.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de la recepcionista a la llegada del hotel.

Enjoyable stay at a very nice hotel. Could do with a bit of money spent on upgrade to lifts, rooms and pool area, but, don't let that put you off. The staff are fantastic.

Stayed for 3 nights with friends our second visit this year. Had a fabulous time both at the hotel and in local area. Staff are lovely. Food was ok might have got abit repetitive if we stayed longer. Communal area’s stair wells etc could have done with a clean and didn’t really see anyone cleaning in and around the pool areas at all during the stay.

Apartment was covered in ants, went to complain to be told manager won't be in for us to see. Managed to get a room change after complaining to wake up to ants all over the balcony floor. Disgusting! And rude receptionists

The apartment itself was really nicely decorated, but not very clean (especially the bathroom- there was chewing gum in the shower and there were bugs). The shower itself was not good. The facilities themselves were run down and the lifts sometimes didn’t work (having to take 8 floors by stairs). The personnel was unfriendly and not very kind. Plus, we were forced to pay Wi Fi (imagine paying for Wi Fi in 2023…) and it didn’t even work and we had to request a reimbursement. A pity

The towels weren't changed once in four days. The studio wasn't clean. The bed sheets and sofa bed looked like they were changed whoever they were uncomfortable, itchy and had small stains on it. Expecting slightly better.

Horrible cleaning. The first room we got smelled of damp and mold, had lots of flies and dirty sheets. When we requested a new room the reception suggested they just send cleaning service again. When we finally received our new room the floors were full of dust and sand. We tried calling the reception with no answer so we went back to there to ask for cleaning service but after three visits they told us they don’t use vacuum cleaners only brooms to clean resulting in us walking around in other peoples filth. Really nasty. Knowing the rooms aren’t cleaned daily I had low expectations but receiving a dirty room upon arrival and for no one to be helpful about it is just terrible service. The hotel is in a poor condition and in need of an update. Also green laser is being sold on hotel properties and used frequently to point at balconies and people. Spend some extra money and choose a better hotel. It will be worth it. We are not returning.

The overall maintenance is not good as expected and they only do the cleaning every 3/4 days…they do not have enough people for maintenance or cleaning. The location is excellent, the pools and the food at the restaurant.
