ラ ビクトリア オスタトゲリア(Petit Hotel Hostatgeria la Victoria)

This hotel is nothing special, other than the surroundings it’s in , the castle type building makes it look lovely, but it’s like been in a prison room breakfast is the same every morning served to you very skimpy with regards to one of everything if you like more than one cup of tea then forget it , You also need a transport to get to and from as it’s at the top of a mountain up very narrow roads

We chose this hotel based upon it’s ******* page details for a 2 day break Monday/Tuesday with our car. Upon arrival in Alcudia we followed the clear signs in town to La Victoria. What is not shown in the details is the hotel is very remote and is circa 2 miles up a dangerous narrow twisty mountain road that you would not want to do at night. The car park is large but was full of hikers/bikers vehicles and is someway below the hotel. You need to be very physically able to get from the car park to the hotel entrance, which is up more steps. There are no amenities other than a restaurant next door but to our surprise this was closed, you guessed it, on Mondays and Tuesdays! This means that to obtain any food you need to go back down the mountain road into town. We tried to talk to hotel staff but it was deserted. We left and made other accommodation plans in Port de Pollensa. ******* tried but hotel flatly refused to refund either night (would have expected at least second night refund). You will probably need walking boots to climb down to the “6 minute beach” and heaven knows how long it will take to hike back!

The rooms are fine nothing special it feels like you are living in a small castle. The location it selfs is wonderful and quite besides it is a good starting point for hiking tours. Furthermore there is a big free parking area. The staff is not that service oriented as they should be. How they handle small issues is very unprofessional.

The refugio is beautifully set, allows for walks in the mountains, or a quick walk to the near by beach. Large breakfast and a cafe near by. Only issue is how to get there - since no piblic bus service and the taxi drivers add 4 eur to go uphill and rarely come to pick up guests to go downhill. Nearby restaurant is a bit disorganized Absolute quiet all around and in the amusing company of goats

Lo único que vale la pena es la localización. Fuimos un grupo grande y pasamos muy mala noche. Se fue la luz en multitud de ocasiones, salieron fogonazos de varios apliques de la zona común y tuvimos que buscar los diferenciales nosotros mismos ya que no había ningún trabajador del alojamiento. Por la mañana, algunas habitaciones seguían sin luz y no pudieron cargar su móvil. A la mañana siguiente la respuesta que se nos dio no fue la adecuada.

Endroit paisible et magnifique. Chambre sans prétention et mini salle d’eau, pour une nuit ça passe.

Le cadre est idyllique, perché sur le mont la Victoria l’hôtel offre un panorama à couper le souffle. Pour les amateurs de randonnées le spot est idéal. En revanche, si vous vous cherchez une grande chambre spacieuse et calme vous risquez d’être déçus. Nous avons eu une petite chambre avec une toute petite fenêtre, très difficile d’aérer cette chambre qui sentait l’humidité. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans le couloir devant les chambres donc réveil à 8h30 pour toutes les chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Si vous souhaitez être plus au calme et espérez avoir une vue depuis votre chambre, misez plutôt sur les chambres du 1er étage. Personnel très agréable. Petits déjeuners bons et complets.

Mancanza di adeguate finestre nella stanza. Sapevamo non ci fosse l aria condizionata ma il ricambio d’aria non era buono. Mancata l acqua per 24h senza adeguata comunicazione e centralino fuoriuso. Internet con funzionamento a stento. Unica nota positiva il ristorante vicino e la completa quiete (posto desolato).

posto bellissimo appena fuori Alcudia. Camera minuscola, senza aria, con un minima finestrella. Bagno spartano Possibilita’ di uso cucina e tavolini fuori Ristorante attenzione chiuso lun e martedi’ Molto rumoroso al mattino presto per cameriere/i vocianti Quando sono arrivato non avevano registrato la mia prenotazione e ho dovuto attendere un'ora prima che l'impiegata per via telefonica si consultasse con l'amministrazione. Per un errore mio (ho prenotato prima per una notte e poi per due notti) ho pagato due volte la stessa notte e non c'e' stato nulla da fare. Amministrazione lontana e impersonale
