Its a decent Aparthotel in terms of price and location. Located near to supermarkets and almost a mile from the Alcudia beach. There is plenty of free parking space (on street) outside the hotel. The staff was really helpful. I wished they also provided basic groceries like salt/sugar for tea/coffee/bread toast what was not available and we had to visit the superstore first thing in the morning for that.

Overall was OK, Good points.. Location ideal, 5-10 min walk to Alcudia beach. Entertainment staff worked really hard in 35 degree heat, really impressive considering conditions. Apartments were spacious, fully equipped, beds comfortable. Bad points... Food was really poor, breakfast buffet was cold even when buffet had just began, lacked any variety from day to day, seemed like very little effort went into the catering side, to the extent where we would rather have paid for better breakfasts elsewhere than try to stomach the hot food on offer. Fruit juice tasted like sugar water/squash and was undrinkable. Bathroom in apartment was dirty, big apartments so maybe more cleaners needed in my opinion. In general, public areas a bit tatty, posters stuck to windows with sellotape, just a bit run down in general. Swimming pool had tiles missing, glass panels missing and taped up, bit scruffy looking. Overall Staff were very good, hotel OK, just looks like the owners have either lost interest or don't have the funds to renovate and put the necessary investment required in to the resort which is a shame as everything is in place in terms of logistics, staff, size and space to be much better. Really good stay Coming here for many years and noticed a big improvement in the entertainment around the pool Good to have music, singers and activities for all Adds a bit of life to the place Staff always smiling and helpful as ever Clean and tidy and cleaned regularly Pool needs an overhaul but still fine Only pain was getting a taxi but that’s not the hotels fault! Overall would definitely recommend and a big thanks to all the staff involved

Lovely place well look after .cleaned room every couple days clean towels and bedding.reception very helpful.and open 24 hours a day, very good entertainment for children and kept them busy .everything you needed in the apartments

We were staying here in June ,sorry my review is so late , We were warmly welcomed on check in by a very efficient front desk lady. We were two families with teenagers so had two apartments side by side.my apartment had an ensuite with a huge balcony and aircon,my sister's was smaller ,only one bathroom and a much smaller balcony. Slept well each night.supermarket around the cornerand a fab bakery that serves coffee. Breakfast was lovely and the staff there were also very nice. Pool had a few loose tiles around it ,but plenty of beds to choose from. We would return to this apartment again , We got a brilliant price with breakfast by booking on line on their own web site. We were leaving early for the flight and the restaurant gave us food for the morning. A walk into the ***** but doable. Taxis are every member we encountered were friendly. Really great value.

Went with friends for a long weekend without the children for the fIrst Timre in 16 years, Got told off for just talking slightly louder than we should of from 6pm. Felt on edge the whole time. No entertainment. Dirty shower. Reception walking up and down being security makeing is feel very uncomfortable we paid alot of money for 3 days with friends as we never gwg to do anything without kids. Was told they are used to people coming to stay but going out most of the time so to only use hotel for sleeping purposes. Nothing near 1.5 mile to any nearest restaurant or tabcao shop club etc. And the pong of stagnant water from the lake is vile! Would never come back here again even if they paid us!! Boycott by all measures DO NOT BOOK ONA GARDEN LAGO

After our flight was cancelled in August we found ourselves stranded in Majorca for an extra 5 nights. These apartments Were a great find. The pool area is lovely and has a life guard during full opening hours.The entertainment was great fun hosting aqua gym and karaoke. Apartments are spacious , inside was like a family villa .we had a lovely view of the pool and entertainment area. Air conditioning was eaay to work with remotes.Nice being able to eatch tv free of charge in the late evenings.Cooking facilities were great, along with washing machine ( very hand with young children) Within walking distance to shops bars and restaurants. Wake boarding available across the road. Plenty of sunbeds and they have a policy that you cannot " mark your territory " with towels if you are not there. Great complex and would definitely visit again.

We stayed here for a week at Ona Garden Lago. The first floor apartment was spacious with air con, fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, everything you need basically. There was 2 bathrooms a main living space and 2 bedrooms with a really nice balcony area overlooking the pool. We paid €20 for 7 days of Wi-Fi on 4 devices and this was perfect for everything you would do at home, there was 2 TVs both having channels in a variety of languages including English. There was some negatives about the apartment. We had an ants nest in the kitchen area, decor was a little tired and some things needed a bit of maintenance. Outside the pool area was nice and managed well all day by a lifeguard, there was some glass panels missing which had tape over them which were a bit unsightly but generally a really nice area. The food was ok, breakfasts were good and always busy, the evening not so busy. All food was cooked really well. The evening buffet was a little disappointing especially if you had paid for an evening meal in your package at €15 a head. We really enjoyed the chicken curry though there was just not enough choice or accessible food for kids in our opinion and we didn’t go for the meal every night even though we had paid for it through our package. Staff all around the apartments were great! The location is ok. There is about a 20 minute walk to the beach area and a 40 minute walk to the town. There is an Eroski supermarket around the corner and a LIDL 15 minutes away. Taxis are around €6.50 to the beachfront and around €7.50 to the town. Buses are hit and miss, rarely on time and to be honest an experience! If you take a mobile phone the signal is good enough for using navigation apps. Overall we enjoyed our stay, gracias Ona Garden Lago for our 2023 holiday.

Having just spent a week here at the end of July I can happily say my family and I had a great time. Apartments are clean, spacious and very well equipped (washing machine and a dishwasher!) and have fabulous views over the pool and lake. Located in a quiet area, it's only a 5 min walk from a large supermarket and a few bars/restaurants, 10 min walk from the Bellvue ***** and around 15 mins to the beach. The pool area is clean and tidy with plenty of loungers. There was a few ferrall kids testing the lifeguards patience but overall a good atmosphere. Bar area was excellent and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Can't really comment on the food as we only ate there once on bbq night, but that was tasty and plentiful. Overall we had a great stay and I'm not sure why the place has any negative reviews but I guess you can't please everyone. Would definitely return.

Just returned from a weeks stay, we were so upset and disappointed when we returned home on Friday, as we were all looking forward to a peaceful and well deserved break and unfortunately came back exhausted. We have stayed here on numerous occasions as my mam and dad are owners for three weeks of the year, however my lovely mam is just recovering from chemotherapy and unable to travel so kindly let us stay for the last week of the rental they had paid for. On the Saturday when we arrived we were surrounded above us and next door either side by groups of men/boys age raging from early to mid twenties. The first two nights I complained and was told that they were having words with the guests, however nothing improved. What made things worse was the door bell to their apartment must have been located on the wall adjoining our main bedroom so every time they played a tune coming home in the early hours it woke us up as sounded just like the bell was ringing in our apartment. I can honestly say we were woken up constantly the whole time we were there. The pool table was also broken for three days of our stay and although the entertainers were very friendly around the pool there was no entertainment suitable for us. The pool also needs a good deep clean. I’m so very sorry to post such a negative review but things seriously need to improve or you will lose your long terms guests such as ourselves who have been coming to stay for around 10 plus years.

Well what can i say about One Garden Lago. a lot but not much good unfortunately! We left on Monday 24th July and swore that we would never stay there again. The hotel on arrival looked very tired and dated. We arrived late due to flight delay on 14th and the receptionist really looked over whelmed trying to check us all in. We were a part of 8 - 2 families. We had upgraded to the 3 bedroom apparently which was an additional €350. We didn't mind this as it was a spacious big apartment with plenty of room and was very well equipped. You really had everything you needed for home from home experience. 2 bathrooms also was great to have. this is were the positive feedback ends! The pool was a huge let down. Very dated and tired looking and in much need of a good deep clean. The walk way across the pool really had us stumped as we really don't understand why it is there. you were NOT allowed to stand on it or even god forbid jump off it. The life guard (older Gent) blew his whistle constantly at everyone for the slightest thing that any other pool guard would know people would be having a laugh and fun in the water! i made the mistake on one of the days to visit the toilet by the pool. omg it was disgusting. On the bathroom floor was someone's faeces all over the floor and obvious people had walked through it, needless to say the toilet was not ventured near the remainder of our 10 night stay. There is a water fountain in the middle of the more shallow end of the pool and kids even some adults being them were messing around with it trying get it spray each other.. all very innocent and again the Whistle. He was the only life guard that blew that Whistle. he never spoke with anyone bar blowing the whistle and shaking his finger. Fathers playing with their children in the pool messing with them ( Throwing them) he would blow the whistle at them. The impression we got from him he didn't want be there and didn't want any stress to annoy his day of sitting on his phone or having his wee coffee. The other life guard seems very sweet and the fountain didn't bother her in the slightest. This is NOT a deep pool anywhere. i am 5ft 7 and it came up to my chin when standing in deepest part. A huge let down for us with our son who is 6ft 1 and used to deep swimming pools everywhere else we have stayed. We asked the life guard a question on the 2nd day and he said sorry no English, yet on day 9 he made a point of coming across to the other side of the pool to where my bro in law was sitting having his morning coffee in a mug which he had brought out of his apartment and in good English said sorry you know you're not allowed to have glass ware by the pool. i mean this is a 45 year old man sitting with an empty cup in his hand sitting on a sun bed. he wasn't jumping leaping about the place and he literally made such big deal about it all in perfectly good English On the 2nd day of holiday we received some very sad news and my son and his girlfriend had

We travelled as a group of adults and two small kids and it was perfect for our needs. Well equipped kitchen with kettle, microwave etc for sterilising bottles, as well as everything you need to cook at home. There is also a washing machine and clothes horse. The apartment itself is bright and spacious and generally well kept. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment which had two twin rooms and one master bedroom with an en suite. There was also a sofa bed in the living room. Location wise it’s tucked away in a quiet corner of Alcudia which has lovely views of the lake. The beach is just a 25-20 minute walk away. The main ***** you can reach in 10-15 minutes with a huge variety of pubs and restaurants to choose from. The pool is a decent size although not heated unfortunately. It has a small shallow area for children and the rest is about as deep as to allow an average adult to stand. There was a lifeguard on duty any time we were there. Last but not least the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble - baby equipment , organisation of mobility equipment, a late check out - everything was done with a smile and we felt our custom was valued. Would not hesitate to stay here again with my family if I ever return to Alcudia.

My husband and I can't say enough good comments about our experience at this resort. First, very clean at all times. Very comfortable in that there is an air conditioner in the living room and the bedroom. Our bed was just a bit too hard for us on night one but they provided a mattress topper when asked and it made all the difference. The restaurant on site has very fun and friendly staff (Rozario y Enrich) and the food was VERY good! Now for the story.....I had a medical emergency while on our holiday and ended up with major surgery and an 8-day stay in the local hospital ( BTW, would highly recommend Hospital Muro!) We had to extend our stay by 5 days and they were very accommodating and let us stay in the same room. The staff (Esperanza y other desk staff) was so sweet in every possible way. My husband came to the hospital daily to spend the day with me and they would call him a taxi upon leaving and then ask him how I was doing upon his return. They understood the traumatic situation and extended our wifi for us and also extended our check-out time by 4 hours just so I would have a comfortable place to lay my head until the airport transfer came to pick us up at 2:45 pm. All the staff were just amazing, kind, responsive, and sympathetic. The ONLY thing that I would change about this resort is to pick it up, along with all the staff, and put it directly on the BEACH! ;-)

Lovely hotel in a quiet location yet very near a large Eroski supermarket, within 10mins of some restaurants and within 15mins of beach and centre. Apartment spotless and spacious with a relatively large balcony. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Pool very clean and ideal for kids. Only negative is the on site restaurant/bar which is very disappointing. Food expensive but way below the required standard - buffet food lukewarm, pizzas undercooked and kids options very limited. Best avoided.
