サービスはひどいものでした、そして、マネージャーはとても無礼で失礼でした。

Only thing I don't understand is why it's no liners in the trash can. My ice bucket was dirty and I found a pair of socks under the chair. I rented 2 rooms and all my problems was in one room the other was perfect. Lazy house keeper that's all....

I had bad experiences with the desk clerck, the first room they put us in the water didn't get hot and the clerck said it was because we check in earlier before time even though we paid an extra $25 to check in earlier and then he put us in another room where the tub water didn't drain while showering and in the fridge it was someone's old food left in the fridge and on top of changing the rooms the clerk asked us did we lay in the bed or touched anything so that he can rent the room out again so that just let me know they don't sanitize the room once someone leaves and that's nasty and unsanitary so i didn't enjoy my stay and i will not come back to this particular place anymore

Excellent facility. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. My only complaint would be that the elevator bell is really loud.

Being a bonvoy member I always stay at Marriott properties and have never been disappointed. This time was different. I had by mistake booked a handicapped room, and having stayed there for 2 nights, I can only hope that no handicapped person ever has to stay in it. There is not enough space for a wheelchair, the bed would be way too high, even for a non-handicapped person you basically need a step stool to get in. Aside from this, the room was not cleaned properly, the shower had black stains in it from “re- surfacing”( I found that out when I asked for someone to clean the shower before I used it), that was perfectly acceptable. It wouldn’t come off even after they tried to clean it again. The fridge didn’t work at all. Also, no insulation between room, I could hear my neighbors shower/ toilet all night long. Also their alarm in the morning. Not a relaxing weekend.

We were here for a medical stay. We arrived late and the clerk wasn’t friendly at all but it was late and we were tired so it was fine. It’s just a little weird when you arrive around midnight and it takes you 8 minutes to find someone to check you in. This was our first time to stay here. Parking lot is well lit and was adequate. Room was clean but could use some updating. Complimentary breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

The property is conveniently located and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was okay. The kitchen staff was very friendly. There was a few issues. 1. We had to go to the front desk to get towels. 2. There was confusion of when the room should be cleaned. 3. There was an error with an extra reservation. The manager was too busy to cancel the reservation. After a week I cancelled it with my credit card company.

I reserved a room for the night. The room was clean. However, it was 81 degrees and it was the same outside. The fridge was warm, the bathroom was dim and the shower was stained and rusty looking. The glass shower door was dirty. You could see drip marks from being sprayed with something and swhirl marks dried on the glass from where they tried to clean it (I guess). There was also a strong bleach smell in the shower. Needless to say I did not use the shower that night. I waited until I got home the next day. When I told the front desk in the morning, she said, Really? Then she checked me out and said well you are all set, have a great day. I have pics.

The shower head was messed up. Other than that, everything else was fine.
