Nice clean hotel,right in the middle of old Alicante,my room was 303.the street was a bit noisy at night but added to the Spanish atmosphere,I would deffo stay here again,the breakfast was great,every morning and the staff fab,book here with confidence, well done bh San Francisco..keep up the good work!!

We really liked this place. Right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Good food around the area. Everything is a 4 min walk.

The hotel was located in a very central place in the middle of walking street with a lot of restaurants. We got the ”penthouse” room with a roof terasse. The floor seemed to be built afterwards as the plumbing was ”interesting”. The finishing of the build was not very impressive and there was a clear water damage in the bathroom (no suprise as there was laminate floor there). The beds were good, the receptionist on arrival super nice and the breakfast much better than we expected, with a lot of fresh fruit and special coffees etc. But the room was super noisy and people shouting at the street until 6AM! Is sounded like someone being killed right next to us…

Hotel good and staff helpful. Location good. Parking a little expensive but convenient and safe.

Excellent hotel in a lively street full of bars and restaurants. Convenient stroll from Puerta del Sol, the main paseo and city centre the mushrooms are a jolly bonus! Very comfortable beds and nicely appointed room, with a lovely breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in Alicante.

Excellent hotel. Bedroom really functional, breakfast as excellent. Staff wonderful nothing too much for them to do. Will definitely go back to this hotel when staying in Alicante

The staff is very friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. The rooms aren't very big but comfortable and in a good state. However, the street can be loud so next time I will try to avoid rooms street side

Really nice hotel great location. Room was good size, clean, modern and massive bathroom. Breakfast was great good selection of continental and hot food. Was a bit Noisy at night because on busy street.

Excellent hotel and convenient to the promenade and also for shopping etc.
