awesome locality, very lively. people are so nice and polite. food is awesome and everything is so cheaper. the traffic sense of people is also great. if they see you crossing the road, they slow down their vehicle and allow you to cross the road first. would love to come here again and again. 👌👍

The rooms were clean and good. The food was tasty. The staff was polite and fast service. All together it was a awesome stay.

We had gone there with low expectations as the last two reviews were not good. But to our surprise the experience was pleasant. We got a free upgrade to a higher category room. The room was clean and comfortable . Food was very good. We are tea lovers and ordered tea a couple of times. 90% of the time chef passed our strict standards of assessment 😊 Breakfast spread was good. I had mouth watering Rabri with Puri. Overall a good experience.

Location is very close to prayagraj ram-bag station. Food is vegetarian at veda restaurant which is extended part of hotel mandiram. Room service is noteworthy. Hygiene is okay.

We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.
