Hotel subhash has nice locality. In market place and comparative low cost. Service and food are very nice. Only one thing they do not have hot water till tap. Service-person arrange in bucket. Mr. Mono who is service staff is very helpful and very jolly. Special 5 rating to him. Hotel 4 out of 5.

I was at Cennet with my wife & son and occupied two rooms.The rooms were clean,well furnished and having mini fridge,electric kettle, LED TV,AC,Concave shaving mirror,Running hot & cold water.Electronic safe and card keys.Hangers were conspicuous by their absence in the wardrobe though. Need of some steel hooks for hanging clothes in washroom was also strongly felt. This Hotel is very conveniently located in the prime Civil lines area and has 18;double bed rooms and two suites.The restaurant is situated on top floor (4th) and function hall in basement.Room service of restaurant is poor and often no one is there to attend to phone even in day time.In the basement hall there should be a washbasin in the rear separate space and a washroom. If some food is served during function in the hall you cannot even wash your hands and if due to nature's call you seek a toilet it is nowhere around.Parking is mostly street parking . However Reception madams were very polite and always willing to assist with a smile. Overall a comfortable stay I would say.

It was my best stay in prayagraj and service was too good compared to other hotels and the location was very prime. Little expensive but ok ok. I got non ac room for 2k. And that is a good deal in winters. But for summer you have to charge more. There is no distrubance while u stay. The behaviour of the staffs was humble. Nice hotel overall

We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.

Came here from Ayodhya Chitrakoot visit. Excellent service rendered by front desk. Very prominent location. Wonderful room with all 3 star features. Although restaurant capacity is for about 20, we had excellent service for breakfast & 2 Dinners. After checkout, we could comfortably keep our luggage till late evening in time for our train to Delhi. 2 lifts are there. A little confusing. Room 301 was excellent. Strongly recommend to all Prayagraj visitors.

AAbyaya Prasad HThe hotel staff and the support were great when we stayed. Rooms were okay but the behavior of the staff were super even they allowed for early check in without any extra charges for the same. The location of the hotel is also nice, nearby to Prayagraj Junction railway station.

ゲゲスト We had gone there with low expectations as the last two reviews were not good. But to our surprise the experience was pleasant. We got a free upgrade to a higher category room. The room was clean and comfortable . Food was very good. We are tea lovers and ordered tea a couple of times. 90% of the time chef passed our strict standards of assessment 😊 Breakfast spread was good. I had mouth watering Rabri with Puri. Overall a good experience.

プラヤグラジの中心部に位置するこの施設は現在改装中です。たとえば、1階のレストランは、1階の宴会場に一時的に移動しました。ホテルでの経験は、これにほとんど影響を受けませんでした。3階のスイートはエレベーターでサービスを提供。部屋からの眺めは隣接するプロットに近づいています。 4つのポスターのキングサイズのキャノピーベッドは非常に印象的でした。快適で、部屋自体は比較的静かでした。スイートには、ミニ冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、十分な椅子と作業デスクが完備されています。すべて機能していた充電ポイントがたくさんあります。私たちが見つけたwifi接続は貧弱でした(314号室)。(受付ロビーで接続が良くなることを確認しました。) フラットスクリーンテレビが2台ありましたが、1台が故障しました。また、ケーブルテレビ接続はBBCやCNNインターナショナルなどの国際ニュースチャンネルに加入しませんでした。バスルームとトイレがありました。メインバスルームにはハンドシャワーもシェービングミラーもありません。基本的なトイレタリーと十分な清潔なタオルが提供されました。しかし、最も重要なことは、お湯がなかったことです。私たちの見解では、これはこの場所の最も深刻な障害でした。 2泊の最終日に、レセプションでこの問題を提起しました。この問題を管理スタッフの監督によるものとしていますが、彼らの対応は即時でした。2人がチェックに来て、間欠泉に欠陥があると判断しました。 30分以内に修理されました。朝食のスプレッドはとてもまともです。ランチ/ディナーの食べ物は私たちの好みには辛すぎて、準備するのに長い時間がかかりました。全体的に、私たちの滞在は快適でした。

I stayed in Ravisha continental for more than a week for a project work. It is a good hotel which is located near High court. It was a very comforting and enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean, properly lighted with good furniture and great interior. Hotel does not have pool and gym which i found quite uncommon. RC's restaurant is the best thing about this hotel. Breakfast was good and dinner was very delicious. Every staff member i conversed or interacted with was very polite, courteous and well mannered. Special thanks to Dheeresh for awesome hospitality and service. I would also like to thank Sujeet in housekeeping who does a great job.

But four days before, i contacted the hotel and ensured the booking and on the previous day evening also i talked to the agent on the other end. But after a small argument, they provided the room. Receptionist was not professional at all.

ゲゲストI had chosen this hotel for its vicinity to the prayagraj station and ssb allahabad and wasn't dissapointed at all. The room was clean as was the toilet. Geyser/hot water all throughout(dec23. Though they had restaurant facility. I had my food outside/just beside the hotel premises. Toto/autos were readily available all throughout the day n night for travel-ling around. One can just walk to the main station from the hotel. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there were two lifts working simultaneously. The staff and management were polite and allowed me to stay for 3 more hours beyond checkout time due to the odd timing of my train departure. We(me n my son) stayed in the basic double bedded room booked through 'make my trip' as always. Thank you hotel prayag and make my trip.
