プラヤグラジの中心部に位置するこの施設は現在改装中です。たとえば、1階のレストランは、1階の宴会場に一時的に移動しました。ホテルでの経験は、これにほとんど影響を受けませんでした。3階のスイートはエレベーターでサービスを提供。部屋からの眺めは隣接するプロットに近づいています。 4つのポスターのキングサイズのキャノピーベッドは非常に印象的でした。快適で、部屋自体は比較的静かでした。スイートには、ミニ冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、十分な椅子と作業デスクが完備されています。すべて機能していた充電ポイントがたくさんあります。私たちが見つけたwifi接続は貧弱でした(314号室)。(受付ロビーで接続が良くなることを確認しました。) フラットスクリーンテレビが2台ありましたが、1台が故障しました。また、ケーブルテレビ接続はBBCやCNNインターナショナルなどの国際ニュースチャンネルに加入しませんでした。バスルームとトイレがありました。メインバスルームにはハンドシャワーもシェービングミラーもありません。基本的なトイレタリーと十分な清潔なタオルが提供されました。しかし、最も重要なことは、お湯がなかったことです。私たちの見解では、これはこの場所の最も深刻な障害でした。 2泊の最終日に、レセプションでこの問題を提起しました。この問題を管理スタッフの監督によるものとしていますが、彼らの対応は即時でした。2人がチェックに来て、間欠泉に欠陥があると判断しました。 30分以内に修理されました。朝食のスプレッドはとてもまともです。ランチ/ディナーの食べ物は私たちの好みには辛すぎて、準備するのに長い時間がかかりました。全体的に、私たちの滞在は快適でした。

We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.

It was my best stay in prayagraj and service was too good compared to other hotels and the location was very prime. Little expensive but ok ok. I got non ac room for 2k. And that is a good deal in winters. But for summer you have to charge more. There is no distrubance while u stay. The behaviour of the staffs was humble. Nice hotel overall

Stay was to good and its my second time in prayagraj so last time i was stay in galaxy hotel food was to good and on ground floor the restaurant is to amazing food is so much tasty and finally the rooms condition is to good washrooms are also-neat and clean and its a best place to stay in pryagraj

It was really a nice experience. The hotel is situated in the civil line which is a nearby and clean place. The roads outside the hotel are also so clean. You will love walking outside. Shops and other vendors are so organised. Indian Coffee House is also just outside of this hotel. The staff were so good. I agree that breakfast was not so good. However it does not matter. We have the option to exclude breakfast while booking rooms. Rooms were so neat and clean. As soon u will enter in the room u will feel the good vibes. Overall it was a great experience 😃😃❤️❤️

ホテルは駅に非常に近いが、豪華な市民線エリアにあります。部屋は広としていて、エアコンは良いです。ホテルには大きなダイニングホールがあり、無料の朝食スプレッドも良いです。レセプションデスクは効率的で丁寧です。ホテルはアラハバード市の騒しい喧騒の中で歓迎される固有の静けさを持っています。プラヤグラジには自慢できるホテルはあまりありませんが、カンハシャムは街の誇りです。

Service and cleaning is very good staff are also very cooperative and location is also good and good is also good toilet was also clean.

Location is good food was too good but bathroom is bad the owner is also polite. Railway station is near to hotel

Hotel subhash has nice locality. In market place and comparative low cost. Service and food are very nice. Only one thing they do not have hot water till tap. Service-person arrange in bucket. Mr. Mono who is service staff is very helpful and very jolly. Special 5 rating to him. Hotel 4 out of 5.
