ブティック ホテル ヴィラ ブルコルティナ(Boutique Hotel Villa Blu Cortina d'Ampezzo)

This is defintely not a four- star hotel, a three at best. The furnishing are dated. The restaurant is to be avoided. The service was terrible. We waited over 90 minutes for our dinner, and then didn't get exactly what we ordered. The breakfast was ok. Setting is beautiful.

Friendly and helpful staff..great location. Loved the breakfast every morning..the view was like a fairytale. Honestly zero complaints...they picked us up at the bus depot..have a great arrangement for equipment rentals that come delivered to the property..easy ride to the mountain..but also a short walk through the neighborhood to the lifts as well..would go back in an instant

Needs a major update. My fiancé had been to this hotel many times as a child and his family thought it was amazing and apparently has gone majorly down hill. My first time was this December and I wouldn’t want to return. The only real positive is location and large balconies. The staff (except the brunette receptionist) are not great. At breakfast the servers were very rude, it was impossible to find them to ask for a coffee, so much so I had to walk to the reception to ask for someone else. Everything appeared to be a huge inconvenience to them. Asking for a coffee at breakfast was just not what they wanted to do. The rooms super basic, cardboard cups to drink tea or coffee in. Although I say that there was only 1 camomile tea bag and one English breakfast despite the fact there were two of us. We never had our loo rolls replenished so ended using our own tissues. The showers are hand held ones that balance precariously and leak all over the floor. Dinner was not good at all but I found some amazing restaurants elsewhere. I would reccomended Villa oretta, lago Pianozes and much more.

We stayed at the Hotel Villa Blu along with a larger group as part of a trail running weekend in Cortina. Great place to stay - staff were always super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious enough and the view from the (large) balcony was AMAZING. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast hit the spot - the selection of cakes made for the perfect holiday breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was spacious. Very clean. Only 10 minute walk to town on a bike/walk path. Restaurant menu limited but delicious. One of better breakfasts I have had. Hotel is older and quaint. I enjoy well maintained older hotels as I think they have character.

The service from the front desk was fine and Carmen was exceptionally nice and helpful. However the room and bathroom definitely need an up to date upgrade since the cabinets and bathroom were literally falling apart, the sink drain didn't open and the deck furniture looked like it came from an old garage sale in Appalacia.

A great place to stay in Lugano, very friendly personnel, great food including breakfast. It offers great views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It is a short walk to the lake and the city. We will definitely come back...

Very nice hotel. It is a little too far from the bus station on a hillside. Hard to find as their location is not visibly marked in the area. Walking up the hill was a little too much sometimes. Otherwise, a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Great View from the room, too.

It’s a great place to stay in the Dolomites. It’s very cozy and the suite we got was very spacious. The view is spectacular and we were so glad to eat at the hotel restaurant ( which specializes in seafood) after long tiring days in the Dolomites. The service was fantastic as well.
