Stopped here with a large group (70+ people) in late Jan. Really nice hotel with good food for both breakfast and dinner. Bar are really pleasant. The hotel provides a minibus service to the main lift which was very efficient. Only downsides were a few nights the water for showers wasn't as hot as it could have been and there was no real orange juice for breakfast.

We spent four nights at the Sporthotel Europa in Alleghe and we could not have been happier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and large. The food was diverse and of high quality. The ski room and ski bus was very convenient. We really enjoyed the town and the ski mountain and look forward to staying at the Sporthotel Europa again!

Excellent location by the lake. Good dinners and breakfast. Staff was excellent.

I slept in a sister property but had all meals here and had use of all public facilities. This is an excellent hotel a short (50-60m) downhill walk from the main village area. It's a beautiful location, overlooking the lake, and a first floor bar and terrace makes full us of that. The staff is top notch, and all public areas are of a very good standard. Despite being a very large group, the food was excellent, Breakfast was buffet, with everything from bacon (or at least an Italian variation thereof) and scrambled eggs, through full continental including cakes and pastries. Dinner included a buffet salad bar and a three course meal which, for the 7 days we were there, would be difficult to fault. Perhaps the only complaint - and in fairness this is part due to the size of the group, the bar area was a little cramped. Though the staff is professional and friendly, and the drinks extremely good value. The boot room (and games room and spa) are on the lake level, and a courtesy bus provides transport to and from the ski lift.

I stay at the Sporthotel Europa for a week’s vacation in Alleghe, Italy. I loved the hotel, the owners, the staff, and the whole town! I will rate Sporthotel Europa with 150% Excellence in Service! I had the pleasure of meeting the family who owned and operated the hotel. The staff member who welcomed us upon arrival was Alessandro, the son of the owner. He was polite and welcomed us with a smile. Daniella, Alessandro’s mother works in the office also. Thais, Alessandro’s wife is the masseuse at the Hotel’s gorgeous spa facility and also a Yoga Instructor. She is an excellent masseuse and yoga instructor full of kindness. We practiced yoga indoor and outdoor. Other activities included paddle-boating and hiking along the Dolomite mountains. My room was nice with a balcony overlooking the lake and the Dolomite mountains in the horizon. The food served at the hotel restaurant was excellent! The Buffet breakfast was served with plenty of choices. The cheeses and pastries were the best I’ve ever tasted! The Dinners were equally as good! The meats, vegetables, and desserts were made with fresh ingredients. And of course, the wines were outstanding!

O hotel é simples , como se vê nas fotos, porém o custo benefício é fantástico, ele entrega muito mais do que vc reserva! É uma especie de hotel familiar, em localização pitoresca, onde o proprietário ( que é casado com uma brasileira) e sua equipe fazem tudo pra lhe agradar! Os quartos são simples mas aquecidos na medida, diariamente são muito limpos, o café da manhã é gostoso, os preços honestos, o spa cumpre muito bem a função após um dia esquiando sem luxo porém com sauna seca, vapor e uma deliciosa jacuzzi, pedimos meia pensão, jantares gostosos com boa carta de vinhos e bons preços, e ao final um excelente atendimento, destacando o Daniel no bar e o estupendo atendimento do Soccol que durante o dia nos transporta com extrema simpatia para a área de esqui e nos busca no fim da tarde e de quebra a noite ainda figura como garçom no restaurante ! Imperdível a quinta feira com música ao vivo no Lobby. A quem costuma tirar férias de esqui este hotel merece ser olhado com muita atenção, nós fomos por acaso e saímos extremamente satisfeitos! Custo benefício excelente!

Pessima esperienza. Nella SPA, micro, c’erano bambini schiamazzanti e piccini. Non solo nell’idromassaggio ma anche in sauna. Nell’idromassaggio c’era la schiuma, che con l’acqua calda mi ha irritato gli occhi. Una signora è entrata con t shirt nera lunga. Alla faccia dell’igiene. Una doccia non era funzionante. In camera, economy, non c’era il bollitore. Posizione dell’hotel eccellente con bellissima visuale sul lago ma il servizio non vale il prezzo.
