My husband and I had a wonderful quite stay. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back when we are in this area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for four nights. Absolutely love this place! Great amenities, great staff for the most part. The pool tables and full breakfast is incredible. Location is prime. However, make sure you communicate and inquire as to the daily rate. It can fluctuate significantly without your knowledge. Just keep that in mind when extending your stay.

Great clean hotel Nice place to stop and relax .my bed and bathroom was clean and the glass shower was nice .

The room was clean and we liked the way the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensed in the bathroom. It was, hands down, the noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The noise from the roadway outside didn’t dampen in the room. It was almost like cardboard was used for insulation. There was also a lot of ambient noise from other rooms, most likely due to the hard flooring. We will return to Allen but not to this hotel.

The rooms were great. Nice and modern. The bathroom appeared to be a pretty quick clean instead of deep clean. The TV was great and had a TON of channels which was awesome! The bed was comfortable. Half the usb power outlets didn’t work in my room and the AC was locked out at 65 and had a timer or something so it wouldn’t get very cold in the room which was a huge bummer for me. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Easy highway access and Walmart is right behind it if you need anything. Overall a good stay

I love the staff. The young men there are superb. They are super friendly. Its very clean there. I love the pool table. I love everything about this hotel. And will continue to us it, when we come that way for sports events.

i enjoyed the property, the staff was very friendly and attentive to any and all issues i had my stay there. The breakfast was pretty good the only l complaint i would have is the pancake batter needs some taste to it. It was very bland tasting. That would be my only complaint.

We got in late and the hospitality at the front desk was top tier! After a recent stay at a Tru in Dallas with the kindest and most welcoming staff, this is why I booked at another Tru and I wasn’t disappointed. I will book again.
