Here's my take-away from the recent visit with my family. We were travelling 3 families (with kids) together. - Check-in was bit too difficult comparatively, they need everyone's identification (ID card for locals) to produce you the room key. - Baggage delivery was arranged to the rooms. - Rooms are just fine, ground floor balconies are filled with water when it rains - and drained very slowly. Rooms get wet when getting back from balcony. - Beautifully maintained large garden with beach access, however we didn't go near the sea but enjoyed sitting near their fence separating the beach. - Nice decent size bathroom, great shower with very good speed and hot water. - Lunch is delicious and have good variety, however expect restaurant to be loud and crowded during weekends and holidays. Staff was struggling to arrange tables for guests and we have to wait sometime to get a table arranged. - Dinner is again a highlight during our stay, we loved the Chicken Kottu (Action Station) and Pork Chops very much, offered during the dinner - mouth watering. - Breakfast includes all international and local options and tastes great. - Number of tasty deserts were served during the dinner, kids loved them. - Staff was kind enough to arrange some in-room dining for few of us admits the busy schedules at the restaurant. - We have requested room service to get some ice and glasses to the rooms, took some for them to attend however able to get it done. - They have some DJs played during the weekend and cocktails/mocktails arranged for one hour.(Mocktails are just cordial, they can do better) - Overall satisfied stay and value for the money. (They had a offer "pay half-board and stay full-board") - They definitely need more staff when they are fully booked.
