Nice food. Staff understands the need of their guests. The chef (harish Chowdhary) is really a nice person and attendants are also really helpful.

Sparrow in hotel is very nice for stay hotel rooms are also nice and staff is very nice buffet is also good and hygienic. The food prepared under chef Harish transported us to good heaven .our stay at this hotel property was dreamy.the staff was extremely courteous and cooperative esp the team narendra, Mahendra, Ghanshyam

The propert is overrated and is not vakue for money...The rooms are not clean..Dnt use their kettles otherwise you would get taste and visuals from the use of past occupants...The food is below average...Buffet breakfast was organized at a neaby property for which you had to leave the hotel (felt like college mess)..Not recommended fornfamily with small children..reception is not cooperative

Had a great experience.. We ordered Chinese food made by Chef. Vishnu Kumar was very tasty and we loved it and Service was also very good by Mr Khem Chand.. Experience was great, we love the food quality

Nice location, great hospitality Today morning at the time of check out I forgot y 2 rings over here,1 gold 1 silver, and start y market work, even I didn't check, after 30 minutes of check out received a call from hotel that we found 2 rings your room, at that time I check my fingers If that kind of staff and service team is available tum no need to worry to stay here I strongly recommend everyone that when ever you will be a alwar can stay here

I had an amazing experience with the hotel . The hotel rooms and washroom were so neat and clean . It was near to railway station. The dinner and breakfast was so tasty . I felt special when i went for the dinner and breakfast in the other branch of this hotel i.e., sparrow residency it was like an 5 star hotel i felt that.

Staff is very cooperative especially Mr manveer. Fast room service and flexible . Rooms are quite cosy and clean. Ready to accomodate even rooms were not ready to get start your work.nice location and place
