Very good service, very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend to travelers. Easy on and off to 35. Plethora of restaurants a few blocks away.

Paper thin walls made it very noisy. Parking lot was very dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. The rooms were clean and the mattress was comfortable

Everything was great at this hotel but when I got there I asked to upgrade to a jacuzzi sweet and he told me it would be 62.00 extra a night so total 134.00 for the two nights. Well today they charged me 268.00 so it was not an extra 62.00 a night. I wasn’t thinking and didn’t get a receipt because I thought it would be emailed to me through *******. I was wrong. Otherwise he was friendly and the place was great. No other complaints.

Nice and clean. Very nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

There were no towels at the pool area. Ask for towels, was told would bring some and never did. People were drinking alcohol and eating food in the hot tub and pool. The safety latch for the inside of the door was broke. We stayed 2 nights while my brother in law was in the hospital. They never came in the second day to take out trash or see if we needed clean towels.

Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. Great hot tub. Very comfortable bed and good price. Hotel isn't the most up to date but I will prefer to stay here every time i come to Ames. We have stayed here twice so far.

Great staff!! Stayed during a snow storm. Wish they had decks of cards or board games for those staying to use. Room was decent. The beds were firm but good. Bedding was clean. The room clean except for a few things that I look for such as- Room was dusty, heater/ac filter overfull, the bathroom door frame had something splattered on it. Pool shower/bathroom was very dirty(toilet, sink, floor look like it had not been cleaned in a month). Hot tub is spacious and well kept. Same with the pool. Hotel aesthetic is wonderful, does not feel institutional, it feels homey.

We had a suite which was a great set up and a lot of room. But the front room had no ac/heat and it was miserably hot. In January. Had to crank the a c in the bedroom to try to cool front and then that room was freezing. Couldn't get the cable tv to work in the front room. The pool was dirty and gross. They had just repainted and some smoke detectors were missing. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly. Knew it was a budget lower star hotel but wouldn't stay again.

Staff is exceptional. Property is clean, well maintained, comfortable and quiet.
