Great hotel in central location, no surprises. Smooth check-in/out. The request to keep the bathroom door closed when having a shower because of the oversensitive alarm is a bit weird (i.e. just fix it) - but not a deal breaker.

這次給的面向內院的房間衞生間一股味，後來換到對面的就OK了，火車站就在對面，隔音很好反正也沒多少班次，非常方便！

Tout était d'excellente qualité, l’accueil du personnel, les services la convivialité (pizza et bière devant le match de coupe du monde dans la salle commune très agréable)
Le petit déjeuner était aussi excellent et varié. Le seul bémol était un problème avec la douche qui giclait partout dans la salle de bain et une ventilation qui semblait ne pas fonctionner sinon tout le reste était parfait

Front desk personnel helpful but not friendly, there were eggshells in the overpriced breakfast, few vegan options, bed very hard and too low for handicap access, the toilet too low for handicap access, the water temperature in the shower was not consistent, decor was cute.

Really excellent. Staff so friendly, courteous and very efficient. The hotel is very comfortable, attractive and well situated for seeing the city and taking a train. Room was great, large w huge bathroom. We loved it all. Bravo!
