The place is nice and quiet. Staff are very friendly. As for the quality of Italian food as opposed to the international level expected from such a sough-after cuisine, the place leaves much to be desired; their wild mushroom soup was actually good, but the sirloin steak was mediocre. They have a good selection of beverages, but their cocktails need a lot of work. What I did like was the staff. Motei’ was nice and helpful, and was checking all the time if things were ok. The chef, Shadi, also took the trouble to come and ask what was wrong with the steak and was ready to take comments and listen. He even changed the plate to something I liked better. A good staff I think can compensate for other issues. This restaurant/Cafe will be better with time.

Breakfast homey moon package really nice touch as I have order food to my room and really special one with natural flowers for my bride. Booking was very smooth and valet parking is free from the hotel and service and employees very nice people

Lot of construction noice in the middle of the night Even after complaining it went on for 3 nights We called reception several times but didn’t worked. We told them we come to hotel to sleep why can’t they do work in the day time but they ignored completely

I have been going to the gym at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana for a month now and I am very satisfied with the facilities and services. The gym is relatively smaller in size compared to other hotels, but it is well equipped with equipment from Technogym throughout. The compact floor space actually makes for more efficient training, as I don't have to waste time moving around or waiting for machines. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and they tend to notice my routine and accommodate my needs accordingly. I am still shocked every time I find the sauna at the exactly 90 degrees Celsius I prefer.

The twin beds room was small and the beds are too small for adults, but management changed our room to a bigger one with a king size bed and it was great.

Check in: it was fast, and they clearly explained how to use the wi fi and the password Reception is average without any welcome drinks, but they have the service of taking our luggage upstairs Location: is right next to Boulevard Road, which is full of caffees, restaurants, and Etihad bank for currency exchange. Alabdelli mall is a few blocks from the hotel. But nothing there is catching, so we went to the food court once. Room: it was a big apar**ent that had a kitchenette and v big bathroom divided into luxurious compar**ents. Big refrigerator stove and washing machine. It is really nice for a long stay at Amman. Cleaning services: Not at its best. It can be improved as insects are there even in the blanket and the pillow I asked to change the pillow as it was very soft, but sadly , there was no response! Bringing food from outside is allowed Breakfast was one of the best things in this hotel. Variety and quality were super good Coffee with breakfast was free, and you can dine inside or outside the Italian restaurant

I loved this hotel that I extended my booking to more 5 days, I just reviewed the hotel in my previous booking but want to add that I appreciate the staff employee Malek for being so kind and upgrading my stay to a vey big apar**ent 💕
