Will never stay here again. Room windows didn't lock. The door lock plate was bent like someone had forced their way in at one point. Exposed metal carpet tack between room and bathroom is dangerous. The room telephone & smoke detector were dark yellow - gross! Walls are so thin, I heard a neighbor sneeze 3 times in the middle of the night. Stairs to the 2nd floor look like they're rotting and 2nd floor walkway is plywood. Overall creepy & unsafe vibe - spend the few extra $$ and go somewhere else.

Clean, nice hot shower and large frig. Thin walls and ceiling. We could hear footsteps, voices, snoring and moaning ... The mattress was the worst and my husband and I were swallowed into the middle cavity and the pillows were like cement. Daddy longlegs were coming out of sink. Won't be back.

The room and property are clean. The room is very clean and comfortable. Issues I can share are trivial. Closet rod, towel ring and toilet paper holder were rusted (due to humidity, no doubt). The water was hot and pressure was high. I stayed 3 nights and was not bothered by anyone at all. The mountain valley inn is secluded and quiet (except for the lead footed tenant above me) who, btw, wasn’t there all day. Just in the morning. Fridge was colder and freezer worked. Microwave worked well. Only other issue I had was that the gentleman behind the counter took a picture of my driver’s license AND MY CREDIT CARD. 1st time happening to me.

The price was great! Although it was a nonsmoking room, it still smelled of stale smoke. The room was clean and quiet and we felt safe.

We stay here for all of our getaway trips. The value can't be beaten, and we love the location. Certain things were not quite as comfortable this time, including pillows, mattress, and the quality of the towels. They were still perfectly fine for us, but there was a noticable downgrade. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, as always.

Amazing property for the price. Clean and cozy rooms. Must stay if you’re in the area if you want clean, safe and affordable.

Inexpensive great hotel! Enjoyed the views, room was clean and quiet. Only issue was tv didn't work in our room but we aren't tv people anyways

Staff is very friendly, room was very clean. A little bit of an older property but had some updating. Beds and pillows were not great but not bad, everything was comfortable enough. Large mini fridge and microwave in room, a/c worked fine. The shower drained very slow. Overall a good stay for a great price.

For the price it was very clean and pretty quiet for the most part. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an older property but did look like like they renovated the rooms and the beds were clean and well kept. We were very pleased of the cleanliness of the rooms. The air conditioning was okay, had trouble staying on but did cool the room.

Off season restaurants in this area are closed Monday and Tuesday with the exception of Mexican

It was reasonably clean and the check in and check out was easy but I could hear between rooms and my door didnt lock when i closed it.

Nice, clean, renewed rooms, friendly, staff, and close to many other things in Dillard. Also very reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful stay. The front-desk clerk was very nice and suggested a great place for dinner; we ate there and it was delicious! He gave us a 1st-floor room as we had asked. The room was fine with everything we needed.

I liked Mr. Patel who worked the desk. He was very kind. My "neighbors" were very loud and the ceiling seemed very thin. I could hear each step from above. There's no carpeting in the rooms so that may have been way it was louder than others.
