オリーブ ツリー アンマン(Olive Tree Amman)

The hotel looks very nice, but the service is very pot. We had 3 people in our room but they would only allow two coffee cups and only allow an allowance of one bottle of water. I have vertigo so I requested a plastic chair for the shower. Sorry would not provide.

Olive tree hotel, amman. Very bad service, room service cleaning bath towel taken and not replaced. Called housekeeping, reception and concierge no response.

The photos on Booking Sites do not match the condition of the rooms. Bell boy is very aggressive, it is all about the tips, and also has a master key for the rooms. opened my room for another guest, who was looking for me, without my consent or me being in the room. The dinner is the same items every day. breakfast is closed off around 8 am should you go after that time you have to ask for breakfast and the breakfast staff is not friendly. The front desk has some polite staff. The hotel is situated in an isolated area. Will not stay there again.

Never ever…. This is not worth a 4stars hotel maybe a two stars … so disappointed. I booked for three but I left after one night. I paid 85JOD (120$) for a night and it doesn’t worth at all. The hotel looks very fancy on the front but the room is old and #smelling bad with a lot of cracks everywhere. Breakfast is very bad and I asked for eggs at 8.20AM but they did not have. No fruits, no expresso only what you see on the picture. I do not recommended at all….

It was me second stay in this hotel, every thing was clean ,the rooms were perfect, the employees were so helpful, they helped with some private problems.Thanks to all of them, for sure i will be back .

The check in was very smooth and pleasant employees. The room was very clean, tidy, and space wise above average city hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, smiling, and pleasant.

Mixed feelings about this place but it did the job… I enjoyed the spacious clean rooms with the family but the service was very poor room service was very bad and limited, no menu just chicken and beef burgers and one more thing when I asked what it was they could not explain… the bread at breakfast or the beef burger was old and stale… the action station for fried eggs in the morning was there but no one to prep for us almost felt like doing it myself… if you stay here just stay the night even breakfast would be better outside the staff are quite helpless. But the rooms are good.
