Such a fun place to stay! Everything was clean! We really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet property but a bit east of Boulder relative to other hotels in town that are walkable to many food and venues of interest.

Loved our stay although I could say that the older lady that runs breakfast could be a little more friendly. She seemed like she wasn’t happy at all. The breakfast food was excellent.

We normally stay just outside of Boulder but decided to stay in Boulder this time. We are happy about our decision. We would stay here again.

No complaints here. Everything was well done from check in to, breakfast, to check out.

Although the staff was good and the property Is nice, I spoke the day before and morning of my stay here, and the person(s) I spoke to assured me there that I would get a room WITH A BATHTUB in the shower. My room had no bathtub, and although they said the could switch us to another room all the way on the other side of the building. I already put all of our belongings in the room. Also, my wife is handicapped so it is not easy to move all we travel with. ALSO, I booked our stay at this venue so I could have a tub and a WHIRLPOOOL bath, which I was stated you had...the night before and the morning of....yet I got here and the Hot tub was broken. Also, we were planning on eating in the restaurant and it was closed for the holidays. I feel like this place gave me false advertising and it was really disappointing...although I like your venue and cleanliness and staff...you must say when booking if what you are advertising is not available...We would have chosen a different hotel

Pillows are not good and extremely uncomfortable as I had a difficult time staying a sleep and co-worker next morning had the exact same complaint.

Attending Colorado football game and this was a great place to stay. Extremely clean, staff very polite and helpful, location was excellent, just call an Uber and campus is very near and there are numerous restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great property w/ Starbucks in lobby. Location is office park. Bathroom in need of renovation & desperately need to update to new towels.

The room was exceptional. It was very clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were definitely friendly and helpful. We were unaware that we couldn’t get anything for breakfast after 9:30 AM during the week. But there are lots of great options in Boulder. If I had to stay in Boulder again for one night, I would definitely stay here again.

Hayley and Evelyn are amazing!! They made my stay awesome!! I will be staying vat the Marriott Courtyard Boulder (Convoy) whenever I am in the Denver area.

If was perfect for our purposes for being outside the craziness of Boulder during the CU game. And the breakfast spot they recommended was GREAT!

Passing through on a family trip. The place had a strange smell - kinda like a musk but an attempt to clean it. Try a different scent - else all else was good.
