Me and my friend booked a room and while check in there was some mismatch in the price. Before paying we wanted to clarify it with the owner, however he got really angry, accusing us that we call him a theft. We tried to explain that it has nothing to do with him but with the price that we received in our confirmation. The owner showed very bad attitude, throwing our credit card and screeming. We asked the owner to calm down as we just wanted to check in after very long day. Unfortunately it got even worse so we were forced to leave the hotel and search for a new one at nigh. Ive never been treated in so disrespectful way as by the owner of this hotel. It was terrible experience and we didnt feel safe enough to stay there. We dont wish anyone, especially women, experience like that. Of course this has been reported further.
