My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

An amazing experience and great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious and the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. Lots of vegetarian options and meat also available. A special mention to the *** working at the travel desk, called Harmeet, he was very helpful and organised all of our drivers. Thank you.

The staff is amazing and so courteous especially Andalib sir was so kind and ready to assist us going an extra mile. All over the staff, buffet, food everything is just amazing and marvellous ...........................................

It was our second stay at this hotel, and it has remained consistent in terms of its quality and service. The hotel seems to be a bit old but maintains a good and decent quality of rooms, and the washrooms are good. Service and hospitality are at their best. Even the options for food at the breakfast are really plentiful and very much above expectations. The best was the staff's greating for my IHG high level membership during the breakfast time. Feels really very nice. One star less due to the hotel ageing and still some minor improvements required.

Very goood!!! Clean bath room and bed room. Sajan and Kuljit are very kind and nice! Every staff is also so kind. They gave us cake. Food is also nice. Especially I like chicken fried rice. We ordered it at our room. Dinner has so many kind curry.
