Horrible service. No towels were given, when we asked they were damp wet. Very very unsanitary. Blankets were not washed. Never ever stay in this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff was good and cordial. The service desk was especially very cordial and provided us with good guidance. It was recommended by someone and it turned out to be true

Staff is excellent, i will definitely recommend stay here, room quality is awesome and neat and clean over all great hospitality, nicely taken care by front desk staff, beautiful stay in joyed with family.

We stayed here for 1 night,loved the location of the place. Breakfast was nicely prepared. The hotel is located inside the N***la Mall, you can explore the cafe just beside it. The rooms were cozy. Overall it was comfortable stay. There is also another mall just at walking distance from the hotel.

The room was very specious and well equipped. Our stay was very confortable. Food served was very good in terms of quality and variety. Hotel staff is very friendly. The overall stay experience was very good.

This hotel is on mall road very near to Golden temple with ample parking. This is the best hotel in Amritsar. Food is excellent and staff is very nice. Rooms are big with two double beds and bathrooms have big led lights. As it is on the main road we have access to all the amenities

Hotel Services are good hotel staff healping natur breakfast on time with nice food over all'good special thanks for Parminder Ji his healping natur once I forget some in hotel lobby he provided me on the way all are good I visited jaliya vala bag or golden temple then I visited Baga border as well amretsar the City of Sikh gurus. City nicely clean amezing food specialy Langer at golden temple thanks I wish vist again highly recommend

The most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in I do not think anyone deserves to stay in such state. We checked in at 8pm they first didn’t have a booking after my name and I had the confirmation from last minute.com took them 15 minutes to find the booking. Then we checked in the room with 2 kind beds one of the bed sheets had not been changed it had lipstick marks and makeup on the pillow and something split on the bed itself I called the staff and stressed this was the case he said that the staff during the day don’t clean properly and he apologised, it took them 45 minutes to get me a bed sheet after I visited the reception twice. Then we stayed in the room the room has bad issue of damp and it felt like we were sleeping in wet duvet it was soooooo horrible the worst experiences. The pictures are are wrong and photoshopped the property looks nothing like they show. AVOID this rubbish place. The breakfast was shut cups were full of dirt and they didn’t care when I told them, the staff don’t care about anything AVOID AVOID
