素敵なロケーション。アムステルダム中心部から簡単にアクセスできます (徒歩 5 ～ 7 分)。部屋は清潔で広かった。バスルームには必需品がすべて揃っていました。スタッフは親切で、チェックインに長時間待たなければならなかったので、リクエストに応じてチェックアウトを延長してくれました。ラウンジバーもとてもよかったです。市内中心部の重要な目的地はすべて歩いて行けます。

私の滞在には非常に不満で、1日目の夜、ホテルの見知らぬゲストがIDなしで部屋のキーカードを発行され、私たちが眠っている間に部屋に入りました。幸いなことに、私はセキュリティラッチを所定の位置に設置していましたが、もし私たちが部屋にいなかったら、より深刻な問題になっていたでしょう。 チェックアウト時に、滞在前に前払いされた料金にすでに含まれていた市税を支払う必要があると通知され、スタッフにこれを知らせたところ、彼らは問題を押し付けました。返金してもらうことができましたが、20分間の試練でしたが、カードでの支払いを要求されたため、現金で返金されました。 この滞在には非常に不満があり、チェーン内の施設は二度と利用しません。

それはまあまあで、クラブはアムステルダムで最高です。大好きです ....

The location is excellent as it is closed to central station. One large supermarket is downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Appreciate the welcome cookie and services by Front office, concierge and restaurant were great.

They gived the wrong room, we payed totally different thing. But in the end the location was worthy

Good location. Good shower. Limited room service, few options for room coffee. Have to go a long way to get some ice. They use tap water.

Right next to the heart of Amsterdam, everything is minutes from the hotel, the view it’s amazing , good is great and stafff is Lovely!!!!

Great hotel but i think think the room is a bit basic. Love the location near to the Central Station (around 500m). Will I stay here again? Maybe I will explore others.

Nice staff, great location, Hotel wasn't ready for us at 3 pm check in and we had to wait 1 hour, disappointing for weary travelers. Windows dirty, toilet difficult to flush, room rubbish cans microscopic. EIGHT DOLLARS for a cup of tea at restaurant. Hotel used by big groups, noisy, inadequately soundproofed huge lobby, would not stay again.
