アトランティス ホテル アムステルダム(Hotel Atlantis Amsterdam)

We had a fantastic stay at Atlantis Hotel in Amsterdam. The staff were fantastic and very helpful at all opportunities. The location was very nice, in the heart of the vibrant area of De Pijp. Plenty to do and see locally when walking to the centre. Hotel also right beside the tram stop which brings you to the centre in 5-10 minutes. The only setback of our stay was the cleanliness. A coffee was spilt on the first night of arrival leaving a stain on the bottom of one of the bed sheets. It appeared the sheet had been replaced but rather than replacing the sheet it had simply been flipped over. Although our room was relatively clean, the hotel was undergoing renovation at the time.

Hotel was niet zo geweldig, parkeren gaat, het balkon is niet super, van alles gwn niet teveel van verwachten en de prijzen van de kamers mogen best lager 115euro voor de kamer vond ik teveel als je ziet hoe het er uit ziet want als je de foto s op de site ziet, mijn badkamer thuis is groter dan die kamers

The property was nice and comfortable. Although the location is less than ideal, it is close to multiple tram lines, which makes it convenient to get around. The breakfast was particularly good.

For the price it was definitly not worth it. The room smelled of strong amoniak(very strong smell of pee that made it hard to breath), it didnt look like the bed sheets where changed before we came since we saw ********** in teh bed. The toilet wasnt flushed and still had someone elses left overs still in it. I tried to explain to the receptionist, but she was absolutey sure the sheets had been changed before we came and that the room was in tip top condition, and it couldnt be right at all. It was very disapointing and kind of laid the foundation to how we felt the stay was. The only thing that was great was the breakfast, so big up to the breakfast staff!

Would not recommend this hotel. We had bed bugs in our room. Just after one night we had a lot of bites all over our body. When we realized after the first night we moved out and changed the hotel. Our money was refunded afterwards. The room was also very loud because it was downstairs and facing the busy street. Especially at night it was very loud because the windows are apparentyl very thin.
