The worst experience ever! The hotel cancelled my order because I delayed to check in. And they refused to refund. So literally I arrived to Amsterdam with my 8 year old kid and found that I no more have place to sleep. They didn't want to help me to find any solution. So the result was no room, no money, no help from managers.
