WorldMark Anaheim cancelled a reservation I made in May 2024, 4 months ago at the last minute, the day before my arrival. a week after they sent m an email confirmation reminder of my reservation. I was offered alternatives at the last minute, options which I had rejected in my research. I spent weeks researching area accommodation options. After calling them back, I had more than a 20 minute wait on the phone. They ended up rebooking me to a completely different resort than the one we discussed. I am again on hold calling them back about their second botched job with my reservation. I can not believe this is happening and last minute. I have a million things to do to finish getting ready for my trip and I don't even have a reservation for my stay which I had taken care of 4 months ago. I can not think of a worse travel experience I have ever had. I have never had a reservation cancelled in this manner and at the last possible minute with insufficient time to research an alternative. When I protested they said they could cancel the reservation and I could look for another option on my own. What? I spent weeks to narrow down the accommodation that met our needs. I can not find another option on my own a day before my arrival. This is insane!

We're longtime owners so I hate to have to say this but beware Worldmark Anaheim. Our adult son had been in his room for 15 minutes this evening after checking in when he began to be bitten by fleas. He could see them jumping onto him! The evening manager's response was "I'm sorry" and to offer an $8 bottle of wine and to waive the cleaning fee for that room. Are you kidding me?!?! Our son had to leave his clothes and belongings in the room to be heat treated with the room and management had no problem leaving him with no clothes and expects him to return to that room in the morning! Lack of cleanliness is one thing but lack of service recovery just compounds it. These are pictures just of his back but his full body is covered and this happened in 15 minutes while fully clothed. That should give an idea of how bad the infestation is.

Wyndham sent an e-mail from a do-not-reply e-mail address "confirming" we had canceled our reservation, they were sorry we couldn't make it! I called the number on the e-mail saying "we didn't cancel." They said "you can't call this number, we can't help you." I said "it's the number on the e-mail." They said "you have to call Vacationshare to discuss it with them." I was like "I have no idea who that is." Turns out Wyndham lets their rental bookings be managed through a third party. They will not take ownership for the third party. I spent literally two hours on hold with Vacationshare before I gave up.

Perfect Disneyland stay Super friendly and a great deal. Right across the street from the Disneyland shuttle. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space for the whole family.

We had reservations for two nights (Jan 5-7) for four adults. Upon arrival, I was told that they overbooked and we did not have a room available there. They gave me a phone number to call to make other arrangements. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with the booking rep, we were offered a two bedroom suite at the Sonesta ES Suites in Anaheim, which was a much nicer property with free breakfast, pool, hot tub, etc. Worldmark knew they were overbooked and should have called/texted/emailed me prior to our arrival so we could have made arrangements sooner. After reading other reviews about similar incidents, I will not book Worldmark again.

Very convenient for Disney. Clean. Timeshare property. You will be pressured heavily for a presentation.
