Accueil très chaleureux par le monsieur et sa fille avec des explications claires et conseils sur les visites. Le quartier est peu touristique mais on regagne vite le centre ville à pied ou en métro (15 minutes). Une supérette est à deux pas ainsi qu’une brasserie qui se visite . Nous avions pris un parking pour sécuriser la voiture 20€ par jour très pratique et le gérant nous a autorisé à le garder jusqu’à notre départ sans frais. Appartement très grand ( suite famille 1 ) avec deux sdb et grands lits très propres. Il manque de la vaisselle et couvert et tasse pour la famille . C’est dommage. Car sinon notre séjour a été très agréable pour découvrir Bruxelles.

Charged extra at check-in for a third person (child), promised not to charge for late check-in over email, but then asked for more money on top at check-in and the after check-out took it out of my card without my permission. The wrong room was provided, hotel rep left us with the wrong key so we couldn't leave the hotel that evening. Bed sheets seemed washed but had hair on them. No soap to wash hands with in the toilet. Just a horrible experience...

Esta gente es lo peor son unos estafadores Te piden 1199y hasta 200 € de fianza, Y luego se inventa cualquier excusa para no devolverte el dinero hace dos días estuve allí me han quitado mi fianza alegando que no se podía tener visitas aparte de todo yo te dan una habitación Fool de cosas adornos y 1000 cosas más que hacen la situación un poco estresante incómodo aparteLa recepción queda justo al lado con lo cual todos los días un ruido de gente llegando y saliendo de la oficina y cuando no es así el apartamento del lado que es donde vive el señor que gerencia esto está entre y salga con una cara de amargura siempre haciéndote sentir súper mega incómodo.. Creo que penSando Que yo no estaba allí ha llegado abrir la puerta en dos ocasiones

Everything was ok. Except that I didn’t get the deposit back, I called and supposedly they told me the deposit was given back the day I left the hotel, but I checked my bank account and it is the date that I don’t see it back. You should work on that. Be very careful with the deposit.

Very pleasant and cozy apart-hotel, 7 minutes walk from Brussels-Midi train station. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as metro and tram. Everything is crystal clear, fast internet, all the necessary utilities are available in the kitchen for cooking. Separately, I want to emphasize the attentiveness and willingness to help from the staff. We were allowed to check in later than our booking policy and then we were allowed to check out an hour later than our booking policy. Considering that we were with children, these moments were important for us.

We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging around, *********** and selling in open view. If you remember Kings Cross London 25 years ago this area is worse than that. I cannot stress enough that hotel for a few hours may be fine but i wouldn't stay past that. I even considered just finding another place anywhere else but we had been travelling for 3 days. We left really early and sat in the station, which is 5min walk away as i felt safer in a station with at least security or police around.
