サービスはとても良かった。車で来ました。 10分以上で到着したとき、ホテルの駐車場で待っている人がいました。夕方7時か8時に駐車場が満車になり、列に並んで待たなければなりませんでした。私もそれを解決するのを手伝いたいと思っていました。部屋は清潔で、ベッドはとても快適です。特にバルコニーからの眺めは無敵です。唯一のことは、寝ているときに蚊取り線香に火をつけるのを忘れて、夜中に蚊に邪魔されて目が覚めたということです。

Warm welcoming and location is the best Look for the number 158 on the blue plaque and you’ll find the hotel. Love the way the staff here treat their guests. Very professional and helpful. The staff are always willing to help such as taking your heavy luggage up to the third floor and down to the lobby. We asked one of their staff to give us suggestions on the places to eat. Since he knew we can’t speak Chinese, he sent us to the one with English menu and pictures. How thoughtful! They also take you to the high-speed train station after checking out. The room is lovely and the balcony is totally charming. You can just sit and chill there with the bridge and river in the background, enjoying people watching. However, the door of the bathroom needs improvement. Overall, this hotel is the place we’ll stay again if we revisit Fenghuang.

Best option stay in Fenghuang area. The view from the room is the best. Most satisfied with the service from the hotel staff who are fast response to our request and arranging on time pick up and transfer to train station. They all proactively help with the luggage too. Very recommended !

The room is nice, with a great location near the river. The view from the hotel is fantastic, and the owner was very helpful, even offering to take us to the train station. 房间很好，地理位置优越，靠近河边。酒店的景观很棒，业主非常乐于助人，甚至提出送我们去火车站。

Location of this hostel is near to carpark; it takes about 3 min to walk from carpark to hostel. Hostel location on the map is wrong. The hostel is on the left side of Snow Bridge if you are facing Tuo Jiang River. Hostel location is not beside Feng Huang 1st Bridge. When reach carpark, our car cannot enter due to carpark full. The owner came to the main road to help us carry our luggage to the hostel. Same thing when we go back time, the owner helps us to bring the language to the carpark. Free transport provided to and from high-speed rail station. Our balcony is facing the Tuo Jiang River with a view of the ancient city and the scenery at night is very beautiful with the Snow Bridge fully light up. A good, beautiful view of the Snow Bridge and surrounding area. We book Family Suite - 2-Room, River-View (Balcony), a clean and very spacious room and with a great view. The location is convenient, and the housekeeping is good. There are many music bars below the hostel and along the river, but all music stops at 11 pm, is a good initiative. Hostel location is near to popular attractions, such as Hongqiao, Tuo Jiang Rock Jumping, Travel Photography Shop just below the hostel. I am fully satisfied with my stay in the hostel.

Nice view from balcony

The service was very good. They arranged the car to drop us at train station. The room was clean. The location is good which is near the attraction spots.

The location is very nice. I can sit and relax by the river just in front the hotel. The owner is very kind in picking us up as we were lost at another bridge. The room is tiny and clean. An improvement that I would suggest is for the bathroom such that we may need to request for a doormat to dry your foot after showering Note: The address in trip.com seem not to be accurate. The hotel is located at Xue bridge. It is in a small street behind the lemonade store.

Very good view from the hotel location. The staffs are very very helpful, also provide the free taxi to the gaotie zhan. One surprise is the door and toilet wall, why they are see through glass. We are a little bit shy on this. Anyway, so far so good to this place, highly recommend.

Your hotel 's staff help me to deliver the package and i paid for the delivery wity hers. My parcel was lost, not received. I tried to ask that What is the parcel number??but can't reply. Terrible!!! **********************************

The location is perfect to enjoy breakfast or dinner with a beautiful view ! The bridge ! The room wasn’t as beautiful as I thought it would be but the location and the staff were very kind and help us with our luggage (since the city has a lot of stairs) it was hard to move with my luggage but the staff helped us to find the hotel and carry my luggage. They also helped us to find a taxi when leaving the city. The bathroom and Tv were a bit old and dirty. So I recommend it to have a rest and nothing else. Since it ain’t luxury at all.

Hotel staff is very helpful , she carried our luggage up the stairs and helped with getting a taxi for us (DiDi doesn’t work in FengHuang). The hotel is near attractions. Sound proofing is not great , in the morning you can hear loud tour groups walk by and at night it is next to a loud night club, unless you enjoy club music otherwise this is a nigh**are for light sleepers :( Toilet also get chocked up.
