Always a great experience from there bungalow to the normal hotel type setting was really happy with the over all feel and how quiet it was.

It wasn’t what I was expecting! He photos make it look beautiful, but it was quite run down and in need of some attention. Uncomfortable bed and poor pillows & bedding.

The pool and hot tub didn’t work. I had no idea till I checked in. Didn’t tell me that housekeeping doesn’t clean your room unless you request. Housekeeping doesn’t come in early in the morning so I couldn’t get towels or coffee. The body wash was actually lotion and The conditioner was just watered down shampoo.

Unheated pool and broken jacuzzi. No room service during my stay. When I stepped in the shower, the tub was slippery and I slipped and fell backwards hitting the edge of the tub and toilet as I fell to the floor. The tub should have been treated with a non-skid coating. I am experiencing severe pain now.

Easy access from the freeway, nice grounds. Nothing special, but nothing outstandingly bad.

This is a very nice hotel. Beds are comfortable and room is very clean. The night staff was extremely helpful. I’ll come back again!

This is not some "spa" hotel. Don't be fooled by the photos. I had to move rooms 3 times due to pet pee smell & mold in 2 of the bathrooms. The property is dated. Stains on carpet and furniture. Scuffed & dirty walls. Average bedding. It gets to job done, but it's nothing pretty.

The room was clean and comfortable.The whole place is quiet, safe and clean.I liked the hardwood flooring. All ofthe staff were helpful. The spa was great ,we really enjoyed our massages. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub was a luke warm temperature so we didn't use it, we were really looking forward to a hot tub in the cold weather. The room was lacking a few little things like a hook to hang the hand towel. Also our room didn't come with a don't disturb sign witch we didn't think of till the morning when housekeeping was pounding at our door.
