We liked the indoor pool, which could've been heated a little bit.....free breakfast was ok, but was missing was some type of bacon & potatoes....what I was disappointed was that the WIFI for my laptop in order for me to work, wasn't connecting...I will not stay there again if the WIFI can't connect to my laptop, especially that I couldn't work.

We stayed here for 6 nights. This was our second time staying at this property. First the negatives. Room was dusty, it didnt seem like it was cleaned properly before our arrival. Hallway carpets look worn and stained. The furniture at the lobby is dirty and dusty. Our bathroom sink drained slowly and on our last day the toilet was clogged and we were told there was no maintanance person available at the moment so we were given a plunger and told to unclog it ourselves. Now the positives. The best part about this hotel by far is the staff. They are super friendly and always willing to assist. The free breakfast is great. The indoor pool area was clean and the water was nice and warm (we stayed during winter). There is a Chili's right next door within walking distance and a fancier restaurant nearby as well. Hotel is conveniently located near a highway exit.

Bad odor, rooms were poorly maintained. Really hard to contact front desk from rooms, hotel is really short staffed. However, the staff members were very friendly and the included breakfast was excellent.

It was awful there was blood on the comforter, the bed and pillows smelled like body odor, the carpet was sticky, there was more blood on the wall and towels. It was too much so we did not stay the night we had to leave. I unfortunately did not take any pictures but I did call the front desk and asked for them to clean it and still was t the best afterwords so we left

The room was nice enough, but the shower was dripping. The heating was also very loud. We enjoyed that there was a heated pool. It was nice. It included a continental breakfast. I would recommend for one night, but not multiple nights depending on your budget.

good just had to change rooms due to loud bathroom noise and the room didn't have any toothpaste or soap maybe it wasn't fully ready but I brought mown. very nice staff, also I was told over the phone its a flat rate and when I arrived I had to add my card on file and been getting charged 70 since 4 am and i was sleep fresh in from a drive from New York. hope someone can contact me thank you.

My room smelled odd, I believe what I was smelling was mildew. I was on the second floor in room 218. It wasn’t a smell that I could get used to either. I was only there for one night so I didn’t want to be a burden and ask for a new room. The staff was friendly & the pool was nice! Breakfast was included which was a bonus. This hotel needs a serious renovation for the rooms. If the rooms were in better shape I would consider coming back. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were absolutely horrid. Glad I brought my own pillows & if you do go there, I definitely suggest to bring your own pillows & avoid room 218!
