Our stay at Best Western Plus Metro Clark for my 53rd birthday on December 28th to 29th, 2023, and our festive post-Christmas celebration, intended to be simple, unexpectedly provided a blend of comfort and indulgence, making our family experience truly memorable and wonderful. Parking & Security Guard: The hotel offers convenient parking facilities (open and multi-level), well-maintained and secured. There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. With diverse menus and exceptional services, these are ideal spots for delicious meals. Reception, Hotel Staff & Housekeeping: The reception staff are courteous and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We went to Angeles, Pampanga to attend an event and have a little excursion on the side. Luckily, we saw this hotel beforehand via TripAdvisor and booked a room. Staying at this hotel was really a part of our Pampanga Experience as we saw how organized and attentive the hotel and their staff is when it comes to its cleanliness and comfort. The food was superb and the staff were cheerful, accommodating, and friendly. Their rooms looks exquisite and elegant. For me, the cleanliness in their room tells a lot on how good they are in maintaining and managing their hotel. It was really worth the trip. Will definitely return here soon if we are to go and visit Pampanga again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

初めての利用です。 宿泊してみて、他の人のレビューでのコメントの良さが実感できました。 立地は少し奥まったところにあるので、見つけにくく、ホテル外観は古いです。 コンビニやバーが近いので、昼夜ともに不便は感じなかったです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで室内は清潔になっています。 デポジットは、1000ペソ必要です。 アメニティは、石鹸、歯ブラシ、シャンプーは無料ですが、有料のものも置いてあります。 自分で準備して持って行った方が良いと感じました。 プール、食事も良く、利用した方が良いと思います。 コスパが良いとは言えないと思いますが、値段相応のホテルでしょう。 機会があれば、利用したいです。

Hotel itself and room is neat and tidy. Employees are all respectful and lovely. Except they forgot to give back my ID upon checkout. Contacting them was a terrible experience as you have to go through their customer service. Gave my booking number via TRIP.com and said could not find my booking number. Called in again and talked to another useless agent, this time I got his name “Hanz”. All I was asking for is if they can connect me to Pampanga Branch or just give me the number but they wont. Instead, told me to contact them thru social media which was a pain as contact number is not posted there as well. Filipino here too, but to say the least always a stress to deal with simple matters here. And most likely will not book again!

Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.

部屋は広かったです。ただ、小さな飛ぶ虫がシャワールームに5匹ほどおり、そこが不衛生でした。 夜になると、隣のビルの屋上から大音量の音楽が流れてくるので、耳栓をして寝ました。 以上のような欠点はありますが、総じて、コストパフォーマンスの良い宿だと思います。 フロントや掃除の対応も良く、気に入りました。

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are clean, location is okay and close to walking street, , staffs are friendly and breakfast is good.Peaceful stay, I recommend this hotel for friends and party lover travellers, rooftop pool bar is amazing, food can be improved in Thai restaurant, rest everything is amazing. I recommend this hotel.

この流行の間に旅行が限られたのは幸いです。人々は遠く離れています。それで、私は夫に慰めのエリアから出て行きました。夫は私たちの現在の街を離れたいです。この街は顔の盾を崇拝しています。まるで顔のマスクが暑さで私たちを窒息させるのに十分ではないかのように。私たちは最初にボホールへのフライトを予約しました。ホテルも含まれています。しかし、国家政府の検疫分類が拡大しているため、私たちはこの旅行をキャンセルしなければなりませんでした。私たちはまだ1週間の誕生日を祝いたいので、検疫制限がほとんどない都市に運転する予定です。最初の停留所:パンパンガのアンジェラシティ。パンパンガは2021年5月のNCRバブルに含まれていない州です。だから、そこに着いたらテストや検疫を受ける必要はありませんでした。ペットフレンドリーなホテルを探すのがそんなに難しいとは気づかなかった。夫婦を見つけましたが、キャピトルヒルホテルとスイートに着陸しました。ホテルは本当にクラークフィールドの中ではありません。一つはNLEXからゾーンに入り、サイドゲートの1つを出ます。古い米軍(?)ゾーンの元赤灯地区を通り抜けると、古いホテルや新しいホテルと一緒に住宅街のすぐ外にキャピトルヒルが建てられます。これは新しいようです。きれいできれいです。ホテルの建物の前と横には十分な駐車スペースがあります。箱、バッグのカップル、そして4匹の小さな犬が2階の部屋に連れて行ってくれて嬉しかったです。まだ車を往復するエレベーターの旅を数回行かなければなりませんでした。ドアマンがドアを何回握っているかを期待していませんでした。レセプションの2人の女性はいつも笑顔でした。私たちは1つのキーカードしか手渡されませんでした。しかし、私が泊まったすべてのホテルで、私はいつも2つのキーカードを部屋に残すのを防ぐために2つのキーカードを入手することを規則にしました。部屋は50平方メートル程度で、キングサイズのベッド、テレビ、トイレタリー、車を停めた場所を見下ろす巨大な窓、バスタブ付きの見渡すバスルームがあります。シンクとシャワーの水圧は強かったです。そして、再び、きびきびした清潔さ。トイレはよく洗えます。建物全体にWi-Fiがあります。十分なタオルが提供されました。クローゼットにはローブ2つ、スリッパ2つ、セーフティボックスがありました。屋上へのベンチャーでは、インフィニティプール、バー、レストランが見つかります。予算がかかると食べ物は高価ですが、彼らはすぐにサービスし、あなたの味に最も関心を持っています。プールを使いたい場合は、部屋からタオルを取る必要はありません。彼らはそれのためにタオルを提供します。自分で屋上で夕食をとったり、デートで食事をすることをお勧めします。クラークフィールドとクラーク空港の夕景は壮観です。屋上の下に1階は、トレッドミル、ペロトン、数重の小さなジムです。翌朝、私はツアーの次のラップのために私たちのものを準備するために部屋に滞在しなければなりませんでした。電話が鳴って、部屋で朝食を食べたいのか、屋上のレストランを食べたいのかと尋ねました。それは9:30AMすでにでした;私たちはハビになるだろうと言いました

赤い惑星の他の枝と比較して歯科衛生キットは提供されていません。枕が柔らかすぎて、朝起きて首の痛みがありました。タオルは漂白剤の強い匂いがしました🤢。シンクの蛇口からの水は弱い流れです。特にフロントデスクのスタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルで有益です。とてもきれいです。
