Our stay at Best Western Plus Metro Clark for my 53rd birthday on December 28th to 29th, 2023, and our festive post-Christmas celebration, intended to be simple, unexpectedly provided a blend of comfort and indulgence, making our family experience truly memorable and wonderful. Parking & Security Guard: The hotel offers convenient parking facilities (open and multi-level), well-maintained and secured. There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. With diverse menus and exceptional services, these are ideal spots for delicious meals. Reception, Hotel Staff & Housekeeping: The reception staff are courteous and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

初めての利用です。 宿泊してみて、他の人のレビューでのコメントの良さが実感できました。 立地は少し奥まったところにあるので、見つけにくく、ホテル外観は古いです。 コンビニやバーが近いので、昼夜ともに不便は感じなかったです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで室内は清潔になっています。 デポジットは、1000ペソ必要です。 アメニティは、石鹸、歯ブラシ、シャンプーは無料ですが、有料のものも置いてあります。 自分で準備して持って行った方が良いと感じました。 プール、食事も良く、利用した方が良いと思います。 コスパが良いとは言えないと思いますが、値段相応のホテルでしょう。 機会があれば、利用したいです。

This hotel is a oasis in the busy city of Angeles. The rooms are very recently refurbished and great. I stay in a standard room which perfect suits my needs. The pool and garden area are great place to relax with friends or alone with a drink and some great food. Staff are excellent Highly recommend

Kudos to the GM Aries & the rest of the team for quickly correcting mistakes & making sure that my stay is a pleasant one. The hotel is conveniently located in an easy to access part of Angeles City, near to everything you need but quiet enough to provide one with peace & serenity. The staff were friendly, warm & accommodating. The pool is inviting & the atmosphere is great. I’ll book here again for my next visit in Angeles City.

Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.

wsからはやや距離があるが徒歩圏内。チェックインに30分以上待たされてウンザリ。ショートステイが多くルームクリーニングに時間を要するので仕方ないか？近隣ホテルの中ではコスパ良く安価でルームサービスもできる。総合的には利用価値のあるホテル。

This was my 4th stay for 10 days this time at this wonderful hotel. Close to SM mall walking distance as is the nightlife and many restaurants. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable facilities in the room - bathroom bed and sitting area. Rooms are cleaned every day when required by the professional team in housekeeping. Highlights as always for me was the Aqua Club with entertainment provided every day and swimming eating drinking and dancing fun for all. I found it most relaxing and refreshing for my mid year break. Security provide an excellent service and willingly assist with any information you require. Lastly Ella and her front office team (including Toni) are very friendly and helpful for front office assistance. Thanks everyone I will be back at Christmas so be prepared 😜
