Chambre très bien située sur le jardin botanique, accueil parfait, proche du centre ville et des tramways, confortable, élégant, excellent établissement. Petite observation, nous ne prenons pas de petit déjeuner, mais il semble que 18 Euro soit un peu trop cher.

Le personnel est le joyaux de cet hôtel qui nous fait très vite oublié que l'hôtel a besoin d'un raffraichissement complet. De la femme de ménage à la réception le personnel est incroyable, empathique, souriant, agréable, humain. L'hôtel c'est un Mercure tout comme plusieurs Mercure trop vieillissant par rapport aux prix affichés.Rideaux recousu à plusieurs reprises, moquette obsolète taché, chambre spacieuse mais veille.

Bonjour, un hôtel bon dans l'ensemble. Un gros effort reste à faire sur la partie éco-responsabilité.

The beds were very comfortable & totally different to other pre-Covid stays at the Group's hotels. We were given a twin bed standard room, though the Reception staff offered the unsuitable Disabled room. It does seem to be peculiar for a hotel with 50plus rooms to have only ONE disabled room - there was (once again) a double/large bed ... totally unrealistic for many who are disabled or who travel with a helper/assistant. Single beds need to be part of these specific facilities. Also, it would be useful for someone who is actually disabled to advise of minimum requirements. These suggestions have been at many Accor Group hotels & very few can realistically accommodate disabled guests with a true understanding of what "disabled" means to those individuals who do travel. .

The rooms are small, and they are not very well equipped. TV is old etc. But the staff are friendly and they have good service

A very clean hotel with spacious room. Centrally located to bars, restaurants, and the castle. Secure underground parking access round the cornwr from the hotel. Tea/coffee making facilities in room. Can highly recommend very friendly staff too

The curtains in my room were very stained, and I noticed the hot water in the shower kind of went in and out. However, overall, everything good! Staff were all very personable and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This was the first time we had visited Angers - a lovely historic town: we will be returning and will without doubt stay in this hotel again. One great advantage was the tram stop right outside the hotel which meant that we could explore the town without having to use our car
