Quilt need to be replaced. Towels a well. Fan was stuck at high speed. Water glasses had horrible smell. Breakfast can be missed. Menu needs to be upgraded. Staff and service was good. Location is good. Cleanliness/hygiene can be improved.

I stayed here 4 nights ***** with others in Goa for a special birthday celebration. The setting is sublime, with gorgeous grounds and tasteful decoration. Wifi was fast and steady most of the time. Air conditioning in the guest rooms was fine, and much needed. Staff was thoughtful and accommodating. It is not a super-luxury destination, but it is full of character, and prices are appropriate to the standards. I look forward to returning.

Casa Anjuna is one of the best kept secrets of Goa and located just 400m from the bustling Anjuna beach and all the clubs and shacks, this property has the best of both worlds. The quiet and calm and the best night life just 1/2 a km away. 30 of us descended on to this boutique property for a college get-together and reserved 21 rooms out of the 24 rooms. Putting it in a nutshell, we had the whole property to us and the staff went out of their way to pull all stops. Dharmender who helped me with the booking and planning the whole destination reunion and Sameer who at the resort who took care of all the needs just made us feel like royalty. The whole staff is well groomed and sensitive to the guest needs and we witnessed it at the breakfast and the pool party they organised for us. The property itself is nestled among tall trees designed like an old heritage Goan home, where one when enters feels as part of the Goan heritage. From the 15 m pool to the lawns sweeping through the site, you feel the closest to the nature and even though it is just 400 m from the beach, the tranquility and the atmosphere inside is serene and unparalleled to most 5 star resorts. The food is nice and the staff makes it a point to cater to the needs of the guests as per their preferences. We witnessed this for the dinner we organised for 30 people and how efficiently they handled it. All in all this place is a great destination by itself and great value for money. The housekeeping could be tad better but I can't wait to try out their other properties on my next visit.

A lovely styled hotel and felt homely with the decor. It also felt quite secluded with all the trees and plants around despite being close to busy area. The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruits and juice, and Indian and continental options. The staff were lovely and attentive. Davidas you were great, thank you!! There was a lovely space outside our room to order room service meals and eat with some privacy in the evenings. The chefs even provided us with recipes for some of the dishes we really liked. Within walking distance to Anjuna Beach which has a lovely sunset (10-15minute walk). We would recommend going towards Hayati and then down a side road to the beach where there are some loungers outside a small restaurant/bar (the menu said it’s called Nikita restaurant and bar - but not sure it can be found on maps) which looks like a shack (the loungers are free just had to order from their menu - very cheap). The staff were so lovely there and it was a bit quieter than further down the beach and a great spot to watch the sunset. Parveen Kumar (PK) made our time on the beach very comfortable and relaxing! It is best to get there around 10-11am to enjoy the swimming in the sea. Cons: There aren’t any sun loungers around the pool, however there are some nice day beds and the beach is close by so it’s worth visiting there if you want to sunbathe!

Attended a college reunion. A pretty family owned resort, with decent food and drinks on site. Rooms well maintained. 5 minute walk from Anjuna beach. Nothing too fancy, but that's a good thing I think.

The ambiance, service and location was excellent. Excellent food!!. A short walk to the Anjuna beach and some really nice party places. Perfect for a quite getaway with family or for a gathering with friends. The staff met all our requests with a smile. Definitely coming back !!

The place is lovely and charming as are the staff who work here.Exceptionally hard working,courteous and respectful. The place is walking distance to the local restaurants,shops and beach. Will require taxi for visit to Panjim or other tourist spots.

This beautiful villa in Anjuna left me speechless . It’s surrounded by nature which is well maintained by staff . The decor is amazing , you’ll have the best pictures here . Pool area nice and clean , rooms are kept tidy and clean , staff always polite , always asking how your days been . They served delicious breakfast and satisfied all our requests . The manager seems very professional and caring making sure we had the best time while here . Thank you for lovely service

I had been longing to stay at a Portugese styled villa in Goa since long. After a bad experience at Arco Iris in 2021, Casa Anjuna provided a tremendous relief. Nestled deeper in the most serene part of Anjuna this Portugese property boasts of rich flora & fauna. The exotic flowers & plants adorn every nook & corner of this splendid hotel. It soothes your senses the moment you put first step in. Kudos to the owners & full team in making every moment special. The pool area is the biggest attraction. The food served deserves most special attention. Everything is cooked freshly here & is healthy & sumptuous. The service is bit slow & a glitch from the waiter which was conveyed at the reception was taken care of, in no time. We had the most amazing stay in this property & aspire to come sometime again. Till then all the very best team. Keep it up.

When you arrive at the hotel you are struck by the beauty of the place. The villa and the plants are a wonderful sight. The management has tried to work on the rooms by giving them a quaint setting. But the upkeep needs to be worked upon a lot. Pros - all restaurants, party places within 10 mins - Raju, the main Caretaker is great! He was the silver lining for getting all our requirements fulfilled Cons - the food. Breakfast is not buffet, they give you options and they make it fresh. which is also nice, but the food is not that great. we had dinner only once and it was just about ok. Room Service menu is limited, and some items on that are also not available. The Room Service shuts at 1030 - The pool was dirty. That could also be attributed to the fact that it was raining - the rooms esp bathrooms need refurbishing if you are going to Goa to party and your only expectations are a central place then this hotel will serve the purpose. I really wish they could do something to enhance the rooms and food. Its such a pretty place.

We stayed as family. The service was excellent & staff attentive to each need. They arranged taxi, bike and other logistics for us. The pool was lovely. A surprise was seeing the paradise flycatcher dip in their pool early one morning. It was such a lovely breakfast setting!

I would like to really appreciate the efforts and thank Richard from the bottom of my heart. He helped in making my husband's surprise birthday boy trip the most memorable one. From arranging for the hampers to printing the t-shirts to aligning with Gaurav (aka Grover) for airport pickup.. everything was seamless and flawless.. the property was gorgeous.. hospitality was Amazing.. thank you thank you thank you for everything.
