房間很乾凈，整體入住體驗很好。

positives: Loved the hotel stayed there on several occasions great food and service in the restaurant. Negatives: Room service meals are delivered without a cover for the food. A recent change in policy requires that you pay for your stay upfront even before seeing your room. Another strange rule is that you can't bring in food or drinks because you are expected to eat what they provide. Thankfully I didn't need permission to eat out. Wasn't the case post pandemic when business hadn't picked up, but now business has picked up so goodluck if you are expecting an international hotel norm or a personal 'customer comes first service' from management. Needless to say i'll give them a skip next time for these reasons.

Stayed for 11 days: Beautiful hotel which is super clean and comfortable. Fresh Chocolates to die for, made in the hotel! Decor of the chandeliers is amazing. Restaurant meals were delicious with a lot of healthy dishes Salmon noodle (eristeli somon) and ot kavurma (fried herbs and veggie) were my favorites You should definitely try the tahini dessert as well. Massive swimming pool, constantly checked for cleanliness. I forgot my slippers in the room but I was given a pair of free flip flops as a courtesy Room was super comfortable Bed was massive and so relaxing( i think the duvet was from duck feathers and the mattress was very thick and ergonomic) Carpets were white very soft and super clean. Work area: Very well thought and comfortable. I was able to log in from work from the work station Dry Cleaning: Collected and delivered to the room Reception staff were very helpful. Upon providing our passports they helped us to apply for HES codes (essential to get into shops in Covid environment). Hotel ventilation was very well thought, and checked frequently to ensure air quality is good.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway and had a wonderful time. The staff is very attentive, restaurant is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful, the hotel's atmosphere is very nice and it has a nice spa with pleasant amenities. While everything was quite good and we must not let the perfect be the enemy of the good, it should be pointed out that there were a few minuses, mostly arriving from a tiredness of the building that the attentive eye will catch. The location at the corner of two major roads and the resulting traffic noise as well as a very loud call to prayer in the morning were mildly disturbing. However, the positives more than make up for these minor issues, some of which are definitely not the hotel's fault. Given the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was decent.. They missed a few service points as a requested Alarm was missed making us being late for our excursion.. :-(. When asked for a comp , request was refused..not a good service hospitality...

Sebeplerine gelecek olursak, pandemi sebebiyle acik bufe kahvaltidan, kahvalati tabagina gecilmis. ***et mantikli ancak uc gun ust uste hep ayni kahvalti tabagi vardi. En azindan sicak cesitler, recel cesitleri vs ile cesitlenmeli. Ayrica cay icin surekli garson arayisi icinde olunuyor. Ayrica hamam-havuz bolumunde ne zaman cikacaksiniz bakislari cok rahatsiz ediciydi. Giriste cikolata satisi icin bir stand konulmus. Cocugum isteyince en kucuk kutudan neredeyse tadimlik kutuya 135 tl istendi cikis yaparken. Ilk girdigimiz gun ise kahvalti yapmadan otele girdigimiz icin cocuga basit bir haslanmis yumurta ve bir bardak sut istedim. Cikarken bunun icin kahvalti ucreti alinmasi da uzdu. Otel onceden bu kadar ekstra seylerden para alayim modunda degilken bu tarza evrilmis. Is icin Ankara'ya hep geliyoruz ve memnun olarak geldigimiz bir otelin boyle degismesinden dolayi artik tercih etmeyecegiz.
