The location is right on the city centre, and that is the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel itself is very old and desperately need an update. The room was not cleaned properly and the towels are dirty. The breakfast is horrible. Even the bread are not fresh. Staff do not speak English and they paid little attention to your needs. It is definitely not four star. I think they charge the high price because of the location.

Hard to comment on this one - as there was an issue with my booking, that Trip.com tried to help with, but the hotel wouldn't engage on. I ended to paying for the room, but not being able to stay.

Our recent stay at this hotel for 9000DA a night was a big disappointment. Dirty sheets, an unclean bathroom with poor drainage, and a persistent smoke smell in the room made for an uncomfortable experience. The hallway had an unpleasant odor, and the lack of soundproofing meant zero privacy. Breakfast was subpar. For the price, this hotel is a terrible value and I wouldn't recommend it. Look elsewhere for a better stay.

We spent two nights in a lovely, spacious room with a very comfortable, firm bed, a sofa, two large chairs and a nice bathroom. We had two windowed doors overlooking the main boulevard with its lively plaza. The windows limit the noise, but everything quiets down anyway by 9pm. The hotel is conveniently located for walking and exploring the old town and for driving to the ruins and basilica. The staff is very nice. The adequate breakfast is continental, with just hard-boiled eggs and cheese, breads and pastries. The main issue is that the wi-fi does not work, but we were able to use our phones as hot-spots.

Hôtel en plein coeur de la ville d'Annaba. Proche du port et la gare de train. Hôtel très propre et moderne. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon avec toute les commodités( Télé. Frigo. Wifi. Clim......) parking disponible. Petit Dej varié et riche à prendre en plein air sur une belle terrasse qui domine la ville. Prix chambre double 9000 DA.

Un hotel historique mais loin de son prestige d' antan et c' ewt bien dommage. Rien a dire sur le confort et la propriété. Par contre l' etat de la salle de bains est imcomprehensible pour cet etablissement historique; on voit des coulures de peintures sur les faiences, la poubelle est cabossee et sans contenant ( ?), paroi de douche qui ne ferme pas robinetterie et wc entartrees, Le petit dejeuner est tres simple et chose surprenante : pas de thé ! Un minimum d' effort pourrait mettre cet hotel aux normes europeennew mais il ewt vrai que nous sommes en Algerie...
