We got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service.

Very much appreciated the coffee & pastry service in the lobby at Robert Johnson house. Great half& half ..not the powdered stuff in the rooms . All staff were so welcoming

Beautiful location lovely room but disappointed I was not never Told the bar and restaurant was in their other location . I specifically picked This hotel as it had a bar onsite

The staff were lovely and the check in/valet experience was seamless. However, when I got to my room it was freezing and I couldn’t figure out if there was heat anywhere. Very cold night of sleep.

great location very convenient to downtown.it IS downtown! valet parking was def way to go. large clean rooms, nice to stay in a place that has so much history to it. staff very friendly and professional. and the price was quite reasonable. i will certainly stay there again

Unfortunately our room key did not work upon arrival, but great customer service in helping us get it fixed.

Lovely property in the heart of Annapolis. Quiet yet convenient to downtown. Connor was awesome! He took care of our every need.

The stay was nice, great area to walk around. The parking/valet situation was strange. We had to check in at one hotel, but we were staying at another location (they have 3.) The valet drove us to our hotel, then took the car back, he was great; but when we needed the car, it took a really long time, they said we weren't there when he came, but we were, shortly after we called them again, we received a text so we think the dispatch didn't actually send the valet out the first time. The card keys sometimes worked and sometimes didn't and the key you use on an app on your phone worked once, but not again. The sent someone quickly each time, but it was annoying.
