「全体的に周囲の環境も良く、食事や買い物も便利です。ただ、スタンダードルームは4人で寝られると言って部屋は広くはありませんが、ベッドは約1.3mです。まだ二人寝るのは難しいです。 1つの部屋に2人、3〜4人が住むことができ、混雑しています。私たち3人家族が旅行し、1つの部屋が一晩中眠り、混雑しすぎて、翌日部屋を作りました。誰もがよりよく休むことができます。」

「Pros- Hotel is clean, new and has nice lounge area by bar with comfortable seating and big screen TV over fireplace. Shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Cons- checking process was terribly slow for us and many others. There was only one person working at check in time and line was long and slow. Room was fairly tight, fridge was smaller than usual hotel mini-fridge, bathroom did not have a vent.
Breakfast was average- sausage and scrambled eggs all 3 days , yogurt with plenty of toppers (seeds, raisins, nuts etc), hard boiled eggs and store bought style bagels (not fresh) and no pastries. Coffee was NOT available shortly after breakfast was over. Most hotels have coffee available all day.」

Welcome to Fox Haven, a bright, pristine 1 Bed/1 Bath apartment that sleeps 3-4 adults comfortably and has its own separate lower-level entrance. This lovely and private single-family home is situated on a quiet, dead-end street adjacent to a wooded wildlife preserve. We provide free, unlimited parking, just on the edge of town near the Annapolis Arts District and close to the United States Naval Academy's Stadium.
Explore Historic Annapolis, the Chesapeake Bay, the United States Naval Academy, Washington, DC and the Eastern Shore during your stay. Numerous restaurants are located within walking distance and there's fare to satisfy any preference, including: Seafood, Mediterranean, Italian, American, Local, Thai, Asian Fusion, Small Plates, and more. Shuttle service is available from the nearby Westin Hotel to take you to the heart of downtown in just minutes to enjoy more restaurants, shopping, live music, the historic district, and our famous waterfront.
Your Accommodations: Designed with a mid-century vibe, this 750 square-foot guest apartment is sparkling clean and fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen, dining/workspace, living room, smart TV, full-size sleeper sofa for an extra guest or two, a pretty bath, comfortable bed linens, and a private patio. Your Host: We live in the main house and maintain a quiet presence that ensures privacy during your visit. Extended stays are encouraged!
Children: The apartment is not child-proofed, and the furnishings are more adult-friendly. However, families have stayed here with infants, toddlers, and young children quite easily, and they've especially enjoyed having access to the back yard and woods! Reach out to inquire about how we can meet your family's needs.
Number of Guests: The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated is 4. The apartment most easily fits up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 to 2 children. Four adults have stayed comfortably using the full-size sleeper sofa. Plus, we provide an organic latex mattress topper and nice bed linens to enhance your comfort.
Getting here: Not driving? BWI International Airport, Washington Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport and Amtrak all provide convenient ways to reach Annapolis. This is truly a private oasis that will help make your stay in Annapolis comfortable and memorable.
Your Host: We live in the main house and maintain a quiet presence that ensures privacy during your visit. Extended stays are encouraged!
Children: The apartment is not child-proofed, and the furnishings are more adult-friendly. However, families have stayed here with infants, toddlers, and young children quite easily, and they've especially enjoyed having access to the back yard and woods! Reach out to inquire about how we can meet your family's needs.
Number of Guests: The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated is 4. The apartment most easily fits up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 to 2 children. Four adults have stayed comfortably using the full-size sleeper sofa. Plus, we provide an organic latex mattress topper and nice bed linens to enhance your comfort.
Getting here: Not driving? BWI International Airport, Washington Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport and Amtrak all provide convenient ways to reach Annapolis. Enjoy this one bedroom first floor apartment that's right across from Gate 2 of the U.S. Naval Academy. It's a short 1 block walk onto the USNA yard and 2 blocks to get to all of the restaurants, shops and water taxi on Ego Alley and everything that downtown Annapolis has to offer on Main Street and in Eastport. There are 8 steps to go up to get into the front entrance. Once you enter the front entrance there are no steps to enter the apartment. The apartment has a fully updated kitchen if you'd like to eat in, with a microwave, stove and dishwasher. The full bath has been completely remodeled. This home offers the charm of a historic home with modern day conveniences. Before the recent updates were made Walter Cronkite even stayed in the unit in the early 80's when his sailboat was downtown!
Check in is after 4pm. If we can accommodate an earlier check in we will.

You will have full access to the one bedroom first floor apartment. In addition you have access to shared washer and dryer located in the basement and a shared courtyard and grill out back.

Charming house - a 10-15 min walk to Navy Marine Corps Stadium (<.75mile), a 5 min drive from the US Naval Academy (<1mile to USNA gate 8) and downtown Annapolis (<1.25mile to DTA and USNA gate 1)! Perfect for families with MIDN at USNA or alums in town for a football game or reunion event. Boasts 2 living rooms, finished basement, and two outdoor entertaining areas on front and back porch. There is also ample off street parking (driveway easily fits 2 cars) as well as free on street parking for large groups on adjacent streets. Multiple level sleeping makes it great for multi-generations traveling together.
The Space:
The first floor has a living room and sun room, a half bath, and kitchen with a large dining space to comfortably seat 10 people. Sun room couch converts into a full size sleeper sofa.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms - a master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share a full non-master bathroom.
Finished basement is perfect for lounging and can be a separate sleeping space (sofa and keg size day bed) with half bath.
Outdoor includes front porch with lounge seating, covered back porch with lounge seating and string lighting perfect for dining. There are also 2 backyard patio spaces with table seating, propane firepit, TV, fans, and propane grill.
This property is a "2 on 1" with two units (the main house and a garage apartment) located here. Please ensure you consider this when completing your booking since if the opposite unit is booked you may have to share the exterior property with another set of guests.

Two parking spaces on site with free street parking on adjacent streets. Driveway and paths are lit. Guests will receive unique private code prior to check-in for use on their front and rear private entrances. Guests are able to access both front and rear porches and backyard spaces.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
The following additional charges may apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
