ルナ ホテル(Luna Lara Hotel)

We only spent 2 nights there as we were in transit, but it was clean, quiet and close to our points of interest. The appliances were functional, we slept comfortably, we weren't disturbed. I was a bit disappointed not to find a mini fridge in the room (I've been to Turkey more than 10 times in different locations and this was a must!) but I can't remember if it was advertised or not when I booked, so I didn't complain about it. We didn't try the food and drinks from the hotel therefore I can't evaluate this, but all in all we had a pleasant stay, definitely served our purpose. Thank you!

It was a great hotel. Nice staff and amazing pool! However there was not fridge in the room. It is not a bad idea to add a small fridge to their room.

Værelset hære under normale standarder forhold til et hotel værelse. Ikke noget specialt eller prægende. Dog skal det siges, at der ikke var rengøring under de 7 dage vi opholdte der

I stayed one night out of 8 booked. Currently going through my credit card company and ********** to get refunded.. this place is a hostel for immigration. The manager is rude and did not want to listen when I spoke about the room condition. I don’t care how much you pay for a room but it needs to be clean. There were children running up and down the corridors throughout the night. The bed was stained and the sheets had hair and bugs on. I wiped the floor with a baby wipe and it was grey with dirt. The fridge had mould in and on the seals. The balcony had a hole going down to the ground below and was unsafe. The room door was not secure and therefore I was awake all night due to movement outside of my room. I am a British person travelling at short notice to see my unwell Turkish mother so booked with 48hrs notice.. I speak Turkish and English. This to the manager no different his response was I don’t get any money from you booking it through an agent so I will not refund you, if you don’t like leave. I asked for an alternative room and was declined this. I had no option but to leave. The tourism trade has taken a beating from covid, but this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed worldwide and the customer service from staff to manager again the poorest ever
