Would like to thank the wonderful helpful friendly staff at the Optimum luxury hotel. They go above and beyond for you. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Food and drink is extremely reasonable Also. Thank you for a wonderful weeks stay with you all :-)

The experience at Optimum hotel was truly exceptional! The SPA was delightful, the cuisine exquisite, and the sea view rooms provided a cozy retreat. Special appreciation to the restaurant manager, Özgür Bey, whose attentive service enhanced our dining experience. A wonderful stay that exceeded expectations!

I feel like i belong to this place, the staff ar very friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms.

Ok for what I paid so good value and reasonable for local buses and services. The hotel felt a bit soulless and forgotten but it was clean and comfortable. I didn’t get chance to use the Spa so unable to comment.

Me and my fiancé went to turkey for the first time. And we both felt very welcomed. The staff was great, everyone was very helpful. The check-in process was great, the rooms was perfect for us. Very cute with the balcony. The cleaning-staff was great and had very infectious smiles! And even though the stray cats and the stray dog were not a part of the hotel they contributed to the wonderful stay, because they are very calm and snuggly. We loved the saunas, Turkish bath and both the indoor pool and outdoor pool. The process of booking a massage is easy. The beach is quite far away, but the hotel has a shuttle that passes by which you don't have to pay extra for. The cheeseburger was amazing. And we loved when you could hear the prayers from outside it was beautiful and the view was great. Unfortunately the steam sauna was out of order 2 of the 4 days when we were there.

First received smoking room with curtains laying on coach. Then waited 1,5 hrs for wifi to be activated because reception kept on forgetting. When I complained, he laughed at me. Breakfast was poor, many things finished and they don’t bring more. When they do, eggs are raw. When I checked out, I asked again for the manager to call me, but of course no call!

Rubbish breakfast, noisy rooms ( planes landing not far ), no free shuttle for beach. To get ready to spend more eating out , and booking taxis . Tried to rent a car via reception : they wanted cash , no credit card : so , we refused . Poor experience, never again !

Amazing service, amazing food, the front desk helped us with everything even with organizing day events for us since i dont speak well turkish. 10/10 would recommend everyone to stay here. The only downside is the planes that fly by but when you close the bedroom door you cant hear it.
