The property is beautiful with spacious comfortable rooms and beautiful garden. Staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. They do their best to make you feel home. Close to the centre, but very quite at night. I strongly recommend this property to anyone.

Very good location and nice gardens but I got a room with lots of noice coming from the street and the reception. I wouldn´t call it a "boutique hotel" is more a guest house.

What a wonderful boutique hotel. It is located within walking distance of everything. Beautiful courtyard gardens meticulously maintained to perfection. The breakfast was included and We were given the option of having the local typical breakfast with beans, eggs and plantains or the Western pancakes. We were fortunate enough to have tried both. Just delicious. Service was really outstanding as they aim to please. We plan to return as this was one of our best hotel experiences ever.

Excellent hotel, very well located within walking distance of all main attractions. The area is very safe and the hotel has a convenient parking within the facility which is not common for Antigua downtown. The staff members are extremely friendly. The hotel inside has an amazing garden, extremely enjoyable and well kept.

My wife and I had an excellent time at Casa Santa Rosa. The place is beautiful, quiet and very close to everything. "Don Edgar" and his stuff are so welcoming, helpful and very kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay there again. SUPER RECOMMENDED place.

I had a wedding in town and this was the closest hotel. I was only y there for one night so didn’t use much of their services. However everything I needed they provided. Good wifi, assistance with transportation and was given access to my room with complimentary early check-in. Only wishlist item I had was, that although the room stayed pretty cool and they had a floor fan, for a longer term stay I would’ve wanted a/c.

Very nice and relaxing small hotel. Only 9 rooms. Limited parking on premises. Nice and quiet location but close enough to walk to the park and noisier areas. Outstandingly helpful staff. Cons: There was no air conditioner or mini fridge in my room.

Great Staff. Could do with a little bar area and restaurant. Also, pillows are too hard. The staff welcome the comments and will work on changing the pillows, which are available on request.
