We went for a girly holiday x4 nights in June. We had a lovely time. The hotel seemed relatively quiet although reception mentioned we were the last rooms. It is clear that everyone works really hard here to make the hotel great. Yes, the rooms were a little basic but the bits that are important were great quality - the bed and pillows, the pressure of the shower. I am a fussy eater and I had plenty to eat every day. It is really cheap to get to the beach (4/5 euros) each way so a great location. A very special mention to Enrico at reception who gave us wonderful advice of where to go and generally exudes fantastic customer service and the entertainer, he had a tough job but he did try his hardest to get the holiday spirit going. The only negative was Ismiel (probably not spelt correctly). This guy was so moody. Told us off for standing at the wrong side of the pool bar - didn't know that we could and we had ordered drinks from that section before, kicked us out when we were 5mins early for lunch - even when everyone else was happy for us to continue. Really tedious things to get so caught up on, but he found it. This guy is obviously not happy there. In summary, you get what you pay for and we were pleasantly surprised, A holiday is what you make it and we made it wonderful :)

Great staff, great food and hotel facilities, rooms were very clean and well looked after. Felt very safe throughout the stay. Would recommend for solo, families couples. This was my first holiday away alone, distance yo hotel 10 mins, hotel provides shuttle to beach if required however, I enjoyed staying ehere I was as there was plenty of entertainment

Great hotel apartments to stay to enjoy the island, great staff and very pleasant for guests staying, would definitely stay in again in the future Cameron on reception was a great host very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, also lady in hotel shop very helpful, forgot her name, overall very pleased with my stay

We couldn’t fault anything at all. Hotel was spotless, rooms spacious, plenty of choices for food. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Abigail, lleynar, Ismael, Sebastian, Giavanni and Barbara to name a few even the lovely lady in the mini market was 💯👏🏻 The location is quiet but that’s what we wanted. We will definitely be returning, thank you all for a great holiday 😀

I stayed at the Elba Lucia with my five year old son. We travelled with just the two of us. We arrived early and was able to check in at 11am. We was given a room in the block on the other side of the tennis courts. The room had a lovely sea view, however it felt like we was the only ones staying in that block and was a bit eerie at times. The balcony was huge and had unspoilt seats views and also of the airport where we could watch planes take off and land. The balcony felt a bit lacking as it was so huge but with only a small table and two chairs to sit at. The room was basic but clean as the maid attended daily. There was some minor repair issues in the room such as a loose floor tile and the balcony door locks was very stiff. The grounds of the hotel was much better than the rooms. The pool area was really nice and there was never any sun-bed wars as there was so many available and a lot of space for everyone too. The pool bar staff was friendly and always helpful. There was a lifeguard at the pool everyday. There was a kids club but it didn’t run at weekends. There was a mini disco scheduled daily, but unfortunately we only see this happen once in the entire week which was a real shame. The hotel entertainment was good when it happened. Gianni was very engaging and encouraged guests to join in with the daytime and evening activities. During the day there was activities such as mini golf, darts, football and even a water activity where you had to run across a sheet on the water. This got everyone chatting and laughing which was a great choice of activity. The activity board at the hotel was not accurate and you didn’t not know what activities was on daily, unless you asked. The kids entertainment could have been better in my opinion. The kids rep was really sweet, but it was mainly colouring in at the kids club, so for younger children there needed to be more on offer. My little boy and a few others his age group wanted to join in with some of the activities but was told they needed an adult to be with them or they couldn’t join in as they was too small. We stayed self catering but you could add on meals if you wanted too. Breakfast was 6eur for an adult and 3.50eur for a child. Lunch and diner was 12eur for an adult and 6eur for a child. We tried lunch and breakfast once. The food was average. The choice was limited. Others at the hotel that stayed all inclusive was mainly eating the toasted sandwiches during the day because they wasn’t happy with the food in the buffet restaurant. The restaurant is also inside which is a shame when the weather is nice. The staff at the hotel was really friendly and this included the reception, bar staff, waiters/waitress’s, cleaners and entertainment staff too. The rooms have a safety deposit Box which is 2eur per day plus a 10eur deposit for the key. Outside the hotel there are a few small bars and a couple of restaurants including Chinese and Indian. Other than that you need to travel into Caleta

I will start this on a good note the food is amazing and bar and waiting staff are excellent and a special shout out to giovani on entertainment he was amazing now for the not so good reception staff rude and unhelpful, room cleaning disgraceful on one occasion our bed was stripped of and just left unmade on asking at reception shoulders shrugging and told to make it myself, we booked a double room only to be told they didnt have any in the hotel, there are no lifts to upper rooms, no aircon , safe has to be paid for daily, so did a iron and a fan, our room was infested with flies, no outside seating area apart from a tiny terrace overlooking, well derelict buildings, this hotel does not have the restaurant capacity when its busy twice we did not get lunch as no seating available and loads of people already waiting, the bed linen and towels had a lot to be desired grey and old, I am suprised TUI have this hotel on there books, over all a very dissapointed unsatisfied hotel stay, where possible I will be asking for a refund or a voucher of good will, just one last thing the beach is at least at 20min walk !!

Fab staff food drinks and very clean good entertainment I would definitely go back hopefully booking up for the end of the year. I would definitely recommend this hotel it has everything that you need for a fun holiday and the drinks are massive

Don’t read the bad reviews!!! We just arrived home after being in this hotel for 7 days and it was nothing short of amazing! The receptionist are very helpful and always happy to help, there is a shop on site which offers everything you may need, if you need anything else there are 2 more shops just a 5 minute walk away. The all inclusive buffet was amazing, really something for everyone there. Every day was a different theme for example; Italian, Chinese, Spanish etc. the only meal that wasn’t themed was breakfast which had hot food and continental. We throughly enjoyed every meal we had here. The staff in the restaurant are lovely and very attentive! The pool area is beautiful, nice and quiet and plenty of choices where to sit/lounge, the sun beds are high quality. There is ice cream by the bar and a soft dispenser for you to help yourself too. The only downside was the pool was really cold, but nice and refreshing when the sun got too hot! The rooms were excellent, high standard and very clean, the housekeepers were absolutely amazing and very friendly! The beds were very comfortable we slept very well. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to a local shopping centre and the beach also into the town of carleta, we used this service everyday you can get a timetable from reception. But ask them to explain it as we couldn’t work it out the first time we took the bus. Even if you miss the bus it’s only €3-4 for a taxi back to the hotel. The animation team was excellent especially Gianni! They had something for everyone, not just games through the day but also sangria and aloe Vera face masks demonstrations! The evening entertainment was great too with live music on a weekend, movie quizzes, bingo etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone thinking about going as we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much for another wonderful stay at Elba Lucia. I cannot praise the wonderful staff enough, so lovely, so friendly and so professional. You gave my sister and i the perfect room, i requested a ground floor behind pool bar and got 114, we loved the new addition of the sofa and blackout curtain. The old chairs were so uncomfortable and shabby but the sofa bed is amazingly comfortable. Thank you and your team again for a wonderful stay and we will see you again very soon.
