I came here last year with my boyfriend and we only stayed 5 days and we definitely were sad to go so quick so we came back with my boyfriend and his family, the hotel is definitely a relaxing peaceful holiday, the staff are always so nice and so welcoming, Despina, Georgia , Maria and the rest of the team. The food is also amazing especially as I’m very picky with food but they had variety of options and everything is always clean! The sea is also so clear! We snorkelled and we saw loads of beautiful fishes

Beautiful stay at Kassandra Palace. Lovely and welcoming staff. I definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed holiday for friends and family. Staff are very supportive and understanding. Kassandra palace is absolutely beautiful. The staff are all polite, helpful and friendly; just amazing! Despina is such a lovely soul and Maria and Joe and everyone really! I had a wonderful time. I had a seaview room with amazing views. The gardens are well maintained with a tennis court which I loved. The private beach and pool areas are the most beautiful I have seen. The food is incredible! Lots of entertainment and spa, gym and shop onsite. It was beginning of the season and I am sure it’s even better later on in the season. I would go again. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had at any hotel. The staff are phenomenal. So kind and courteous. The rooms were clean. If there were any problems, I was able to speak to staff who were able to solve the problem fast. The food was absolutely delicious. The beach was amazing and very clean. The spa treatment was relaxation personified. I can not wait to return next year!

Staff are really friendly people. Always remembered who we are and our room numbers considering they see hundreds of people everyday. Alway asking how our day was and how was the food. There was a good variety of food and tasted very good. The room was very clean and up to standards. The facilities are good, beach on resort. Pool, bars, and restaurants on resort. If there was one thing that I would pick at, would be the entertainment. There was not much entertainment during the night, but overall a great experience and I would definitely come again.

Our second stay at Kassandra Palace Resort was even better than the first, thanks to Despina, the incredible guest relations manager. She made us feel like family, ensuring every detail was perfect. We're already looking forward to bringing our families back next year. Despina, you made our trip unforgettable!

Amazing stuff and very friendly and kind.The hotel is nice and clean. Food is great and very tasty.Perfect beach and swimming pool. The evening are nice and quiet. Lots of palms and olives. The room was ready for me at 11:00 even though I didn’t expect that. Really perfect and I recommend it.

First time visiting from uk we are both in our late 50,s. Here,s my honest review. If your looking for clubbing this is not the place for you, you might be better off going to Kalithea. If you like relaxation in beautiful surroundings you won't go wrong. A wonderful spotlessly clean , Friendly Hotel. The beach. By the beach bar it can get busy but if you walk to the left it's more quiter. Sea is a little rocky beach shoes may be a good idea but then a lovely sand bar great for swimming and snorkeling. Hubby was in sea a few times a day. The staff are magnificent always smiling and helpful. Kriopigi the next village along you can order a taxi at front desk cost is about 6 euros. Went to a little traditional Greek taverna the food was amazing. You can get a bus but unsure of times. It's about 5mins in a taxi. The food at the hotel is superb 👌 buffet style for breakfast. Toast and jam your cold meat cheeses, eggs bacon. Fresh fruit breads. We certainly didn't go hungry lol husbands a bit of a fussy eater too. I had had a busy few months and needed to relax unwind recharge this was certainly the place for that, feeling relaxed and revived. Would we visit here again....most definitely though would like to maybe visit sithonia on our future travels.Thank you for a wonderful time at The Kassandra palace

If I could describe this place with one word it would be Perfect, Me & My Wife had a 5 stay getaway at the resort and we never would’ve thought how quickly we’d love it. ROOM - Despite our late check in due to our late flight this was no problem for front desk as we was quickly checked in & shown to our room. The first room we had minor inconveniences and front desk quickly resolved this by offering us a new room. The room we stayed in for the remainder of our trip was spotless , spacious & comforting. The bathroom was very modern along with fresh towels. The house keeping staff were superb in the way they cleaned our room everyday making sure it was as if we had just arrived for the first time. I give huge respect and thanks to them for being consistent and making out stay as easy as possible. ACTIVITES- throughout our stay we decided to remain at the resort but nevertheless we had so much fun & enjoyment with the various things to do. We used both pools indoor & outdoor , the jacuzzi , the sauna and the private beach. Each place was clean , very well looked after by staff and free to use. I highly recommend exploring around the resort as you will not be left disappointed. FOOD & DRINKS - The Buffet Style Breakfast & Dinner is NOT TO MISS! fortunately for us we had our breakfast & dinner included as a part of our stay , the chefs cooked and prepared amazing food for us as well as the wide variety of food choices we had to choose from at both breakfast & Dinner. The food was always fresh and whenever the food had ran out it was replaced instantly with a fresh batch. If you haven’t already got breakfast or dinner as a part of your stay I highly recommend you get both so you can eat to your delight. A special thank you to chef John for helping me pick my food and explaining the different foods to me. The drinks to choose from when your at the Bars by the beach or outdoor pool are nice and refreshing weather your drinking a soft drink or a milkshake or one of their alcoholic drinks it’s always nice to have a wide range of options. I highly recommend everyone try the kassandra Secret it’s delicious and full of flavours!! THE RESORT - when I first arrived I was in disbelief by how beautiful and amazing everything looked. From the outside to inside, every where I went it was AWLAYS clean and well looked after , the aesthetics of the resort make it even more extraordinary plus every facility/area was hygienic. THE STAFF - 10/10 Staff. Every staff member I spoke to or came across had the same mannerism and politeness. Extremely helpful and easy to talk to always inviting you for a conversation and checking up with you to make sure everything is okay. They are so attentive to your needs and really care for you as guests. Every staff member is always smiling and greeting you ,by now it should be clear as to why this hotel is rated and spoken so highly. 4th times here. Nice location of the hotel right on the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price. Staff very friendly and ready to help and fulfill requests. Rooms are cleaned every day. Varied food offer during the entire duration of breakfast and dinner. During the day different types of entertainment. Several restaurants for everyone's desire. Sincere recommendation to everyone who is thinking of spending their vacation here.

Having been before 41 years ago I was impressed by all the changes and how this Family run hotel provides a 5 star experience. On arrival we were treated very well and our luggage taken to our room which had an amazing sea view so worth paying the extra. Having been home 10 days before writing this review we have had time to reflect on what made this holiday so special. Apart from the location right on the beach, the clear water gave a whole new meaning to swimming with the fish, it was the staff that made this holiday so special, who must have been 95% Greek and many very local who could help you select local Greek wine in the Magnolia Mediterranean Restaurant or the Palm Lobby bar where all the staff were fantastic. All the staff made you feel special and I would not normally single people out but Stephi at the beach bar who kept us refreshed during strenuous sessions of sunbathing and swimming, the Manager and staff at the Magnolia Restaurant and the reception team and the two bar staff in the lobby bar but especially Despina and her team who went over and above to make our holiday special. Truly blown away by this exceptional hotel! Room 261 with the most beautiful pool/grounds/ sea view. The staff are on another level - so friendly and welcoming, and make you feel like family. They walk you to your table at each meal and are genuinely interested in talking with you. The Fiki Fiki restaurant is stunning, and we wish we’d stayed longer so we could have more dinners there. We also booked the dinner by the sea at the Magnolia restaurant and had the pier to ourselves, a private waiter and the most beautiful decorations - lanterns, flowers, blankets. The food was delicious. We got engaged in front of the sunset, and Anastasia our waiter was amazing. 10/10 service and took so many photos for us. Despina and the team were incredible - thank you so much for the complimentary bottle of wine brought to our room to help us celebrate. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place to book! Not a lot going on in the evening but for us it was perfect. Really recommend visiting Afitos - beautiful little town with many shops, bars and restaurants. Pool and beach bar staff were lovely, always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble. I don’t usually like to visit the same place twice as I prefer to try new places, but we have been talking about making Kassandra Palace an annual trip as we loved it so much ❤️ thank you!!!

A wonderful holiday recently spent at Kassandra Palace. The food, grounds, service and cleanliness of this resort is top rate. Nothing is too much trouble for Despina and all her staff in the buffet dining room 🤗…can thoroughly recommend this hotel.”
