彼らが私たちの予約を持っていなかったホテルに着いたとき、ホテルは完全に予約されていたので、夜7時30分に生後4ヶ月の赤ちゃんと一緒に別の場所を見つけなければなりませんでした

We stayed in 209,210 rooms last weekend.we had a very bad experience in this hotel.very dirty rooms & bad smell in everywhere.also lots of mosquitoes.poor room service .two hours delayed for pre ordered dinner.we booked for 2days.but we checked out in next morning.very bad management.manager don’t care about us.never trust hotel website images.

If someone wish to experience the worst, this is the place to be. not sure how they come up with "Resort" , this is a disgraceful place. No doubt this place is should not be open to waste of land space.

"Classy" is the word. A very good staff who provides a great service. Great food, rooms, swimming pool and the classic view. Decent prices with offers. Close to Sigiriya and Habarana. Cart service for all needs inside hotel.

Worst experience I ever had. Advanced for three day stay. When I arrive at the hotel, no one at the gate for guide us. Entrance is terrible. Entered alone and went to the reception. The reception guy told us the room is still not ready even we arrived after 3 hours of checkin time. Then I went to the pool while they are arranging the room, the pool is so dirty. No one helped us at the hotel. I decided not to stay at this hotel after few moments and get in my car with my wife and two kids. When i tried to leave the hotel, a lorry was parked at the gate disturbing the exit, they said they cannot move the lorry as they are loading the wedding items which is finished just before our arrival. They moved the lorry after shouting at them about disturbing guests like us. My refund is not yet finalized, they are waiting for the upper management approval for refund, it seems like the upper management is also aware about these situations. So don't go their for anything. You'll get the worst experience there. No one to help u at this hotel, very uncomfortable and unprotected place to stay or any function, after leaving i went to hotel alakamanda, hotel miridiya lake and spent a great time there.

Reserved their best room for stay. Under the beds found very dirty and it hasn't been cleaned for months. Behind beds found lots of spider webs. Rooms getting dusty smell and not properly cleaned. As a guest the first expectation is a clean room to stay.

Not Recommended For Wedding Functions This hotel management cheating for the wedding couples., third class food’s, Nil Service. Specially anyone planning to book this hotel for your big day, think about it again, Don’t west your Mony…..

Cet endroit a peut-être été paradisiaque un jour. Il manquerait une réelle volonté pour que ça le redevienne. Les lieux ne sont plus entretenus: les chambres ne sont pas vraiment propres, les équipements cassés ou hors d'usage. Dehors, pas mieux : la piscine était laiteuse, la filtration ne tournant qu'un peu le matin, de temps en temps. Il y a des bouteilles vides qui traînent ici et là. Et malgré la présence de nombreux personnels, rien ne change : peu parlent anglais et ils sont plus occupés à jouer sur leur téléphone que pour les clients. Les passerelles aériennes pour rejoindre les chambres sont en train de craquer de partout. Il y aura des morts un jour... Fuyez!
