Nice room and location, very nice beach views. Good buffet breakfast as well. Against: very slow elevators. However, the staff is not very knowledgeable. I needed to extend one night because my continuation flight was 4:30 AM ... I booked that in the web site, pre-paid tariff as it was my stay. The day before departing asked the reception desk to extend my key, as they confirmed that I will get the same room, so I don't need to do it on the same last day in a hurry before the check-out, as I was too busy in a conference. They did. However they did it wrong. So when I returned from my conference, using the terribly slow elevators, went to my room (in the last floor, 21st), and then the key was not working, so again down to the reception, wait for them to finish with other customers, etc., So I lost 1 hour among both days to get my key working. They should compensate customers for their errors and ensure that the failed staff get some kind of penalty for not doing correctly their job at once.

Fiquei hospedado no Tintto de 17 a 20/08. Consegui um bom preço com a CVC. O hotel é fresquinho, foi inaugurado pouco mais de 1 ano, possui uma linda decoração, desde a recepção, quartos e piscina. Senti falta apenas de um guarda-sol na área de lazer. O café estava ótimo e bem variado, com tapiocas, omeletes e waffles recheados. Achei os sucos fracos e no primeiro dia, achei o melão com um sabor estranho, mas percebi que a Bruna do restaurante já estava retirando o mesmo. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos. O Fagner conseguiu taças de vinho e abridor mesmo tarde da noite. O meu quarto foi o 306, achei apertado mas o banheiro é super espaçoso.

Je n’ai pas pu décoller de New York pour venir à fortaleza comme prévu J’ai envoyé un mail a l’hôtel car j’avais appelé depuis à Zoé port et maintenant j’attend que l’hôtel me réponde Je vais souvent à Fortaleza donc je voulais savoir si je pouvais en profiter une autre fois plutôt qu’un remboursement !!! J’attend toujours leur retour Si besoin d’une attestation prouvant que je ne pouvais pas partir je peux la transmettre Merci de voir ce que vous pouvez faire pour moi car je suis déjà allée chez eux et nous aimons particulièrement cet hôtel donc je trouverais cela fair-play de leur part Merci Charlotte et frederic pons

Ótimo quarto amplo e espaçoso. Restaurante precário no atendimento, moroso, falta gestão principalmente no café

Excelente hotel, café da manhã maravilhoso, atendimento excelente, limpeza excepcional. Tudo maravilhoso. Muito satisfeita com a hospedagem. Primeira vez em Fortaleza, voltarei com certeza para esse Estado e para o hotel. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

The Premium Suite room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable and yes the pillows are some of the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. The bathroom was amazing as well! The view of the pier and beach was beautiful. The hotel is pretty much central to everything. Last but not least, the entire staff were all polite, patient and professional. I will definitely be back!!!
