I liked being able to buy aspirin at the front desk, since I forgot mine. I would like the hot breakfast to have been better explained to me as more of a $6 discount on a limited menu, rather than a "free" hot breakfast. Really disliking the tile floor in the room. I know it is easier to keep clean and bed bug free, but it is louder and slippery when wet. Something beyond the control of the hotel was the extraordinarily loud and talkative neighbors next door. They were up until 5 a.m. playing cards and talking loudly...and they had a baby. There was a connecting door, so we had to put up with listening to them unfortunately. Otherwise, pretty good stay for the money.

We had a great stay. The person at the front desk was very friendly and personable. Our room was nice and clean. We spent some time in the hottub and pool and it was great. The open ceiling makes the pool area feel like you are in a warm tropical place instead of March in Wisconsin. In fact, they have tropical flowers and trees growing around the pool area. As a part of our stay, we received a free breakfast voucher for the attached restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful meal to start our day. We will definitely visit again.

There was socks under a chair.. Made us question if the was probably cleaned. Also a million kids in the pool and hot tub. Couldn't even use either. We complained to the manager checked out with the promise of a refund.

The service from the front desk staff- especially one gal in particular who was working at all times during our two day stay, was attendant & friendly. Literally went out of her way to give advice on cabs & dining. AND they redid our room keys a dozen times without ever seeming annoyed. Which was extremely annoying for us to have it demagnetize so many times & keep having to go bug the front desk. The ice machine was out but our gal hooked us up once again. My biggest complaint is that the pool is a madhouse of big groups of children. This facility must cater to big groups of kid parties &/or sports teams so much so that we didn’t really ever get to enjoy but a short time in the hot tub each night (like 15 mins) when it wasn’t overrun but kids. And we had a poolside room which I wouldn’t have booked if I had known. The noisiness at the pool started as soon as they opened. It was hard to sleep in with that going on so unless you like to wake early, don’t rent these. And there are no adult-only hours for the pool area. With this kind of full time kid action all day on the weekend, I do think they should implement an hour without kids in the pool area.

Excellent hotel, pool was great for the kids, very clean, and they have an attached restaurant, mad apple burger, which had great burgers!!

The hours of the pool. Everytime we went to pool there was kids in the hot tub like its a kiddie pool or something. Would have been nice if you have adult hours til midnight or something

My room had a missing darkening shade, and only had the daytime shade. The stopper on the bathroom sink would not open. I let the front desk know about my rooms concerns when I was checking out. She could not have been less interested. She did not write down my concerns, nor did she apologize. The overall condition of the property was in in need of a renovation.

We had a great time. The gentleman working on monday February 12th around 515pm was awesome! He went out of his way to help and was so friendly.

Dated hotel but service was great, pool area for families is great Would stay there again
