May I just suggest that the heating system in the rooms be double-checked during winter before guests move into the rooms. Gorgeous property, wonderful scenery and beach access. We will be back.

We have been to Seascape many times. It has beautiful views and is in a wonderful location! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our ocean views immensely! The only reason I didn’t give a higher review was an elevator that was broken during our stay. We were on the 3rd floor and hoofing it with our luggage etc was not a good time! We also notes areas in the place that were thick with dust where they had not been cleaned. The left door on closet was not working.

When we first checked in we went to our room and there was a miscommunication with housekeeping and the room was in fact not ready or clean. We were credited, and loved to a better location actually which was nice. However, we didn’t realize the units are all totally different. Our first unit was totally renovated and a nicer layout with the bedrooms on the same floor. The second unit was a nicer location/view but not renovated at all. The bathrooms were dark and dingy, the dishwasher couldn’t open without slamming into a cabinet handle. The washer unit where you put the soap couldn’t open further than a couple of inches because of running into the fridge. The window sill in the downstairs of our unit was completely falling off, one of the shades for the windows was inoperable(no cord). Next time we will just make sure we push for a renovated unit. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful, the restaurant and service were amazing.

This was our first stay at Seascape, it was a much needed getaway to unwind, relax and recharge. My husband and I were beyond amazed at the beautiful scenery and hotel. Our room was very clean and plenty of space with a view to the pool and ocean. The only thing needed is more security cameras for the parking lots. Unfortunately; when we were loading our luggage in our car, we noticed our car had been hit by another car while parked in the front lobby parking lot. We would have thought cameras would have captured this incident. Although this was a bit frustrating, it won't discourage us from returning for another vacation getaway at Seascape Beach Resort.

We spent the week of Christmas at the resort. The weather was fabulous and there was something for everyone to do. We utilized the fitness club in the village to attend yoga and Pilates classes as well as playing Pickleball and basketball. Played spike ball on the beach each day and watched the sunset from the pool. The village shops are across from the resort with a great coffee shop, pizza parlour, Chinese restaurant, and local grocery store. Left the resort one day for a quick drive into Capitola for clam chowder at Zelda’s on the beach. Seascape was the perfect getaway and we have decided this will become a Christmas tradition for our family.

beautiful grounds and well appointed rooms but you are high up on a bluff (which is a fabulous view but quite the hike down to the beach). spa tub was awesome! kitchenette really does have everything you need (fridge, toaster, microwave, stovetop and even a dishwasher). but in our particular room, the smoke alarm went off after a hot shower and the fireplace smelt like gas. other than that, it's a beautiful resort.

Perfect staycation!!! Love everything this Gem has to offer. The staff was nothing but kind and welcoming. Cheers Mac

The ocean view was great! The walk down to the ocean was great! It was a nice and relaxing time for everyone.
