アレナ・ホテル(Alena Hotel)

飯店位置在車水馬龍大馬路邊，踩踏房間的地面會有噪音，隔音也不怎麼好；早餐像炒蛋8點多去用餐就已取完也沒再補充，但這個價格已經是可以了。

El hotel no está mal, tiene piscina que se agradece pero está un poco lejos del pueblo para cenar. Parece que lo han hecho hace poco, todavía tiene pintura de la obra en azulejos, el baño muy pequeño.

網路上訂的lobby服務員一直問我多少JD, 自己不會換算嗎? 給的房間完全不是海景房，根本只有牆上一個小窗戶，說是這個價格不是，那網上還這樣寫? 早餐加5JD

- Sandy floors through the whole hotel (probably because it ia surrounded by construction sites) - Bathroom turns quickly into a swimming pool. - Heated rooftop pool reaches only 13°C. - Breakfast is available in the windowless cellar of an other hotel in the neighbourhood. - The breakfast is misable for a 4* Hotel: no fruits, no musli, toast but no toaster, therefore three kinds of humus (fresh, old & old mixed with leftovers).

We spent 1 night at Alena as part of a week-long tour of Jordan. This hotel is newly built and we wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt based on a few positive reviews via booking platforms, but were left disappointed. Rooms are well-sized but the standard of workmanship is really poor - half finished bathrooms and fixtures, poorly designed rooms (e.g the tv is facing the window so you have to stand to use it), building materials left in stairwells, and light fixtures missing. For the price it is acceptable if you need a bed for the night, but there are far better options in Aqaba. The hotel is on a derelict street with an unsafe feel. We won’t be back.

Amazing hotel …I really felt comfortable the whole stay…...My room was in a sea view , it was a nice one and the swimming pool is cute😻. If I will come next time to Aqaba absolutely I will spend my stay again on it.

The staff were excellent and helped me with translations many times during our stay.

Hotel is fine. Worked for our family of 5 - decent place to rest for the night. Beds are comfortable and clean. Shower has hot water and great pressure, although they really need to fix the doors so that water doesn’t run everywhere. If you need a clean room on a budget, this is your place.

We stayed in the Panoramic Townhome, which is basically two hotel rooms, not connected, each with a king-sized bed and a twin bed. The room looked like the photos and was nice. The ******* description says that the Panoramic Townhome has a sea view, but apparently some do and some don’t. We were assigned a room without, and the hotel said they had no sea views available and would not discount the room, as they consider that it was *******’s problem, not theirs. The map on the ******* description gave a completely different location, but luckily I found this before I went. There were other inconsistencies on ******* as well. The pool was very small and very cold, and the window was too dirty to see the view, but the view from the rest of the terrace was very nice, and this is also where breakfast is served. The breakfast was very basic Arab breakfast, with a couple of odd dishes thrown in. Curb appeal was lacking, kind of a storefront deal with a lighted sign that blinked fast.
