I've stayed at this hotel for years when visiting family. The hotel is on a death spiral under the current management. When we checked into our room we found the refrigerator in the hall outside our room. We then discovered that when we would turn on the faucet, water would spray from the body of the fixture. Further investigation of our room revealed a broken desk chair, closet door, TV, and light. We reported the issue to the management and they did address the easily fixable items; however, the solution for the faucet was to place towels around the fixture. The hotel issues were not only isolated to our room. The jacuzzi and one door to the lobby had signs on them indicating that they were broking and under maintenance. We were at the hotel for several days and there was no evidence that anyone was working to address these issues. We had other family members staying at the hotel and when they checked into their room, the room was still dirty from the last people that had used the room. We also observed other guests complaining to the front desk about their room conditions. The breakfast was barely palatable and was exactly the same every day that we stayed there. We observed a delivery of food one of the mornings while we were eating breakfast with some new variety of Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, but alas, they never made it out to the breakfast buffet. To summarize, I will never stay at this hotel again and I would advise anyone else to consider other options in the area.
We had been staying at Super 8's all over Kansas and Oklahoma for two weeks, and this one is by far the nicest. The rooms were spacious and clean, internet was good enough for streaming, they even had sausage and eggs for breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Very nice hotel with easy access off the interstate. Our large room was a double queen with separate seating area and desk. Beds were comfy and breakfast was excellent. Also has indoor pool & hot tub. Parking lot was well lit and no riffraff hanging around. Very quiet. Highly recommended.

EET1976It's been a very long time since I stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. A good size room. The breakfast had a good variety, and it was good! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just off the freeway. A couple of restaurants are close by the hotel.

When we went to check into our hotel that we booked via Price Line while travelling many hours we were told that check in was not until 3pm. It was 2 in the morning and there were rooms available but they made no attempt to get us a room. We were told the reservation was not for the correct day and maybe that was true by accident since we reserved it late in the evening while travelling. However most decent human beings would allow you to stay or alter the reservation or honor it at the very least. Not these scumbags. They said ”Check in is at 3pm” and offered nothing else. Not to mention that we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. When we tried to get refunded via the hotel would not and said we were a ”no show”. We tried to work through the Priceline support and they called the hotel and were not able to get anything done. When I called I got the run around and they said they'd take a note and get back but never did. I finally got ahold of Maria who transferred me to Mike at (580-226-1761). When I called that number to try and get help he denied who he was. This place is terrible and I would avoid it like the plague. All we wanted was a refund for 50$ but you were unwilling. I hope you lose 50x times the amount of money from people reading this review than you would have if you would have just at least been decent and worked with us. Your business has some serious flaws with customer service and well basically everything else judging by the other reviews. Any one reading this should just go down the road to the Hilton Garden Inn and stay there and don't waste your time with this place.

The members of staff were helpful in helping with a nice place to eat. . The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the color and the decor in the room. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging”.
