セスパルテリア(S'Esparteria Hotel)

Lovely boutique hotel - great location in the heart of the old town - cute, quirky and interesting design - Each room was beautifully designed and laid out - our kids had a great room with a balcony . We arrived late evening on the ferry from Barcelona - but a member of staff was still on reception and was so helpful - she gave us a map and recommendations for dinner and breakfast.

We spent a total of three nights here. The room was clean but unfortunately the adjacent shower was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with black molt in multiple places. The shower was cleaned the next day but unfortunately a large portion of the black molt remained as it was already deep in and under the silicone. The hotel said that they were planning to remove it as soon as possible but frankly this is not acceptable. I hope they will do so before the next guests will arrive. Besides this the hotel was very nice and very close to the heart of Ciutadella. However, because of the cleanliness it was not worth the money we spent and I think there are plenty other hotels to choose from.

The S‘Esparteria Hotel is in such a great location and is perfect for being able to amble and stroll around the beautiful cobbled streets of central Ciutadella. Wonderful, helpful staff and super super clean, with a cute rooftop for the end of day relax. I for sure, will definitely be staying the next time I’m back.

Great location in heart of the town,had a lovely room,very clean and had a huge bathtub with robes provided.Staff very friendly and helpful.I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel and I hope to return there again sometime .Happy memories of my stay there

I spent 2 weeks there in November. The hotel is beautifully located on the edge of the old town. It is in a quiet and very safe street. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and a good supermarket extremely close. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful.Thanks to them for making what could have been a difficult time ( due to extraneous circumstances) much easier. I was originally planning to move on after a couple of days but it was so comfortable I didn’t.

We had booked to stay at this hotel for a short stay. We requested in advance a room on a higher floor. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that our room was on the ground floor which is located just beside reception. This room looks as if it is an office space belonging to the reception, so much so, that on our stay other guests confused us for staff working at the hotel when they seen us leaving the room. The room was very small and dark. What made things worse was that the bathroom smelled of sewerage!!! We only wanted to get out and spend as little time as possible there. I guess this was an issue in the whole place as we heard other guest complaining about the sinks being blocked also. The owner or guy at reception attitude made matters worse when we told him about the issue. He knew about the issue but didn't really care! I would not recommend you spend your money here. There are other places in the near which are a hundred times better with much better appreciation for guests!

Nos encantó todo, repetiríamos sin duda alguna. A destacar el trato recibido a nuestra llegada por la recepcionista. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta y l habitación preciosa. El desayuno también de 10!!!
